Dato che sono una persona corretta stamane decido di chiamare e comunicare la disdetta. Sono rimasta in attesa per 12 minuti senza riuscire a parlare con qualcuno. Assurdo, pessimo servizio
During the week I tried to cancel an online booking and I got the message that it was not possible. Since I am a correct person this morning I decide to call and communicate the cancellation. I was waiting for 12 minutes without being able to speak to anyone. Absurd, bad service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale gentilissimo, ho fatto il certificato medico per l'attività agonistica del tennis e mi sono trovato benissimo sia con le ragazze della reception, sia con l'operatrice per esame visivo e spirometria che col medico per l'ecocardiogramma sotto sforzo. Le informazioni sul sito sono chiare e si può prenotare sia online che telefonando. Si può pagare anche con la carta contactless. Sono di Carugate, sarei potuto andare al Larix di Cernusco S/N ma le recensioni non mi convincevamo.
Very kind staff, I got the medical certificate for the competitive tennis activity and I had a great time both with the girls at the reception, both with the operator for visual examination and spirometry and with the doctor for the echocardiogram under stress. The information on the site is clear and can be booked either online or by phone. You can also pay with a contactless card. I'm from Carugate, I could have gone to Larix in Cernusco S / N but the reviews didn't convince me.
