Contract Manager, entrata in contatto con un’azienda che necessita di supporto manageriale, non presenta soltanto qualche curriculum e poi basta, ma affianca l'azienda, facendo suo il progetto per tutto il tempo necessario, e questo sia tramite un ‘temporary manager’ velocemente individuato ed inserito in azienda che mediante la supervisione di un ‘quality manager’. E’ una squadra di ottimi professionisti, dedicati, competenti , concreti ed uniti.
I have been close to Contract Manager for many years and have been in the Senior Team since its inception. For over 10 years I have collaborated with Contract Manager mainly covering roles of General Manager for temporary management projects in companies, both Italian employers and Italian branches of multinationals. The added value of CM is the team always ready to intervene alongside the operational manager, within the main project, to solve specific problems. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met Contract Manager and its founder, Angelo Vergani, last year. We spent a couple of hours together, and I was impressed by two funding features: solid execution, long vision. They do not just hub managers vs enterprises. They make themselves responsible for the manager's successful execution at the customers. And they back the rented manager up with a wide range of other professionals, to support, check and empower her/his actions. That's very different from ANY other temporary management company around. It means a lot to customers, from problem-solving to the ability to solve urgent, critical, large-spanning problems quickly and neatly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got to know Angelo Vergani few years ago and since then I have the privilege to cooperate with Angelo and the Contract Manager Organization as a member of Senior Manager Team. I strongly value this experience both from a professional than from a human point of view. I think the business model adopted by Contract Manager is able to provide the customer a unique value proposition offering an end to end solution that includes customer due diligence, customer needs evaluation and fine-tuning, fast selection and introduction of the Interim Manager resource and full support of the project until final execution taking in charge responsibility of project success. Other than this I really enjoy the human aspect of people in the organization, they are so different in personality and past experiences but at the same time so complementary one each other and most important they are all characterized by a true team spirit culture.
