★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I prezzi sono effettivamente convenienti. Ma gli aspetti positivi finiscono qua. La preparazione e la disponibilità dei farmacisti è a dir poco imbarazzante. A farmacia vuota piuttosto che gestire, come prevede la legge, una ricetta veterinaria hanno preferito perdere la vendita inventando scuse poco credibili. Altra cosa negativa: se il prodotto da acquistare non è disponibile propongono di ordinarlo ma alle date previste di consegna il farmaco non arriva mai, tanto da doverlo acquistare da un’altra farmacia.
Prices are actually cheap. But the positive aspects end there. The preparation and availability of pharmacists is nothing short of embarrassing. In an empty pharmacy rather than managing, as required by law, a veterinary prescription have preferred to lose the sale by inventing little credible excuses. Another negative thing: if the product to be purchased is not available, they propose to order it but at the expected delivery dates the drug never arrives, so much so that it has to be purchased from another pharmacy.
