Durante la prima visita gratuita mi è stato fatto credere che ci sarebbe stato un accertamento con utilizzo della strumentazione. "Salve, qual'è il suo problema? Ah, ok, per ulteriori accertamenti, ci vediamo la prossima volta e sono 250€". Vergognoso, ho buttato via 100 euro, per sentirmi dire questo. Fortunatamente esistono anche professionisti seri, se li state cercando NON METTETE PIEDE QUA DENTRO. SERIAMENTE. Scammers. All studied at the table. Ambiente accogliente e pulitissimo; io che sono terrorizzata dagli studi odontoiatrici, mi sono subito sentita a mio agio, anche se solo per una pulizia dentale. Perfetto direi il rapporto qualità /prezzo. Kindness and professionalism, from the first telephone contact, to the reception. Ricostruzioni perfette, non si nota minimamente il "tocco" della dottoressa. Inoltre, uno staff amministrativo competente, attenti alle mie esigenze. Super flessibili con gli orari e tempestivi con le comunicazioni. CONSIGLIATISSIMO Under the advice of a friend, I relied on this studio for aesthetic reconstructions. 100% satisfied. Mi sono trovato bene con dottoresse e dottori, meticolosi ed esaustivi nello spiegarmi sempre cosa stavamo per trattare. Segretarie ed Assistenti sempre premurose e pronte a strappare un sorriso anche quando si è un po' in tensione. Le receptionist sono state super nel trovare sempre una soluzione fissando gli appuntamenti in base ai miei turni, cosa per niente facile. Prezzi onesti e pulizia davvero impeccabile. Consiglio senza alcun dubbio My experience in this clinic is very positive. I got along well with doctors, meticulous and thorough in always explaining what we were going to treat. Secretaries and Assistants always caring and ready to tear a smile even when you are a little tense. The receptionists were super in always finding a solution by making appointments based on my shifts, which is not easy at all. Fair prices and truly impeccable cleanliness. Definitely recommend

Avuto voucher con RBM-Metasalute che garantisce gratuitamente 1.a vista + ablazione tartaro, lo studio si "inventa" lungagini x fissare l'ablazione tartaro (tanti appuntamenti) rendendosi disponibile a fissare l'ablazione tartaro solo con un secondo appuntamento (privato) a prezi convenzionati e non gratuitamente come previsto dal voucher. In risposta alla vs di poco fa...la struttura ha anche aggiunto che anche col rinnovo del voucher,e parliamo quindi di 2 mesi di disponibilità ad aspettare,non mi avrebbero fatto l'ablazione tartaro gratuitamente. Piu chiaro di cosi che si tratta di una pratica scorretta!! The facility operates an incorrect practice. Having received a voucher with RBM-Metasalute which guarantees free 1 sight + tartar ablation, the studio "invents" longages to fix the tartar ablation (many appointments) making itself available to fix the tartar ablation only with a second (private) appointment to affiliated valuables and not for free as foreseen by the voucher. In response to the vs a little while ago ... the structure also added that even with the renewal of the voucher, and we are therefore talking about 2 months of willingness to wait, they would not have done the tartar ablation for free. It is clearer than that that it is an incorrect practice !!

Dagli studi più blasonati (e ovviamente cari) alle catene più economiche che oggigiorno si trovano anche nei centri commerciali. Direi che il Centro Odontoiatrico OdontoSalute si pone perfettamente al centro di queste due soluzioni offrendo la giusta attenzione nei riguardi del paziente, rispetto dei protocolli di sicurezza e igiene, professionisti costantemente aggiornati e strumentazione specialistica all’avanguardia. Non guastano poi una buona dose di simpatia e (cosa non da sottovalutatare) la diponibilità a cambiare appuntamenti anche all'ultimo momento. Trovare parcheggio alle Torri è sempre facile diversamente da quegli studi in centro città che magari si trovano perfino in ZTL. Unfortunately I have seen many dentists in my life. From the most famous (and obviously expensive) studios to the cheapest chains that nowadays are also found in shopping centers. I would say that the OdontoSalute Dental Center is perfectly placed at the center of these two solutions, offering the right attention to the patient, compliance with safety and hygiene protocols, constantly updated professionals and cutting-edge specialist equipment. A good dose of sympathy and (which should not be underestimated) the willingness to change appointments even at the last moment do not spoil. Finding parking at the Towers is always easy unlike those studios in the city center which may even be found in the ZTL.
