Partendo dalle Receptionist veramente gentili che trovano sempre la soluzione ad ogni tipo di problema, ai dottori che ci lavorano. Nel mio caso la dottoressa Paleari che oltre ad essere un’OTTIMA OTTIMA lavoratrice, si è dimostrata un’ottima donna e consigliatrice. E poi le assistenti di sala... veramente simpatiche e brave!! Dopo 3 anni in caredent posso dire che i risultati sono ottimi e soddisfacenti . Davvero una squadra forte!! I recommend this place. Helpful and attentive staff, super attentive. Starting from the really kind Receptionists who always find the solution to any kind of problem, to the doctors who work there. In my case, Dr. Paleari who, in addition to being an EXCELLENT EXCELLENT worker, proved to be an excellent woman and adviser. And then the room attendants ... really nice and good !! After 3 years in caredent I can say that the results are excellent and satisfactory. Really a strong team !!

I	Ilenia G on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono paziente/cliente Caredent con invisalign da ormai diversi anni e troppe sono le motivazioni per cui mi sento di sconsigliare questo centro: sorvolando le lunghe attese rispetto l'appuntamento dato, di cui molti lamentano, la miriade di messaggi senza risposta, e gli appuntamenti dimenticati, gli episodi più negativi sono anche peggiori. In primis c'è l'intero trattamento eseguito in modo grossolano lasciando difetti confermati non solo da un medico esterno, ma anche da un odontoiatra interno alla clinica! Mi è stata poi fatta una contenzione sbagliata per cui è stato necessario ripetere 3 mesi di trattamento. Oltre alle varie visite che mi sono costate tempo e soldi, non ho mai ricevuto scuse per un errore non mio, che ho comunque accettato con enorme pazienza. Dulcis in fundo, la contenzione finale è dolorosa, tanto causarmi disagi ogni notte. Quando l'ho fatto presente mi è stato detto che per cambiarla avrei dovuto pagare 200€ oltre tutti i soldi che già elargiti. Oltre al danno, la beffa. Alla fine di tutto questo, più di due mesi fa vengo contattata dal centro che vorrebbe offrirmi una visita per ovviare ai disagi creati, dopodiché silenzio, spariti nel nulla. Dopo tutto ciò, il minimo che possa fare è continuare a sconsigliare Caredent a tutti i miei conoscenti come sto facendo, tra cui un'amica che ha iniziato un trattamento invisalign full altrove dietro mia indicazione. First of all, there is the entire treatment carried out in a rough way, leaving defects confirmed not only by an external doctor, but also by a dentist inside the clinic! I was then given a wrong restraint for which it was necessary to repeat 3 months of treatment. In addition to the various visits that cost me time and money, I never received an apology for a mistake not mine, which I accepted with enormous patience anyway. Last but not least, the final restraint is painful, causing me discomfort every night. When I mentioned it, I was told that to change it I would have to pay € 200 in addition to all the money that has already been given. In addition to the damage, the insult. At the end of all this, more than two months ago I was contacted by the center which would like to offer me a visit to remedy the inconvenience created, after which silence, disappeared into thin air. After all this, the least I can do is continue to advise against Caredent to all my acquaintances as I am doing, including a friend who has started an invisalign full treatment elsewhere at my direction.

Premetto che La ragazza all'accoglienza è molto gentile e anche l'igienista che mi ha fatto la pulizia ma il medico che mi ha visitata davvero poco professionale e addirittura svogliato. Mi sono rivolta a questa clinica privata per dolore ad un dente rotto. Soluzione ? È da togliere ! Senza spiegazione fondata! Per vari motivi non sono potuta andare all'appuntamento per l'estrazione e le altre disponibilità erano troppo in là (per fortuna) quindi mi sono rivolta ad un altra clinica che il dente rotto me lo sta curando per poi ricostruirlo. Invece che 2000 euro ne ho pagati 300 e ho salvato un dente ! Non ci torno più ! I would not recommend it to anyone! I state that the girl at the reception is very kind and also the hygienist who cleaned me but the doctor who visited me really unprofessional and even listless. I went to this private clinic for pain in a broken tooth. Solution? It is to be removed! Without justified explanation! For various reasons I was unable to go to the appointment for the extraction and the other availabilities were too far (luckily) so I turned to another clinic that is treating the broken tooth for me and then rebuilding it. Instead of 2000 euros I paid 300 and I saved a tooth! I'm not going back there!
