I leave 5 stars because as soon as you enter the bar the employees welcome you and pay attention to each customer, and personalize the dishes for each person, especially the windows full of beautiful and delicious things.

Das Personal und die Bedienung nicht so nett war, aber schnell und verfügbar. Ich gebe gern 5 Sterne, weil die Qualität sehr hoch war und der Preis so niedrig als andere. Ho chiesto per mia cognata l'orzo in tazza grande, non me l'ha fatto in quanto la macchina rotta e non credo che abbiano intenzione di aggiustarla.. Devo dire che sono rimasta sconcertata, snche nei bar piccoli e di paese lo fanno.. La cassiera sbuffava per problemi lavorativi.. Non ho provato la pasticceria, che sembrava invitante.... Aggiungo che, malgrado ci siamo seduti all'interno, non hanno chiesto il Green Pass, attualmente indispensabile per consumazioni ai tavoli interni!!!!.... La sala eventi spaziosa..siamo stati bene..torneremo!! Great falconers pastry shop! Advise! I celebrated 2 birthdays in 1 month .. very kind staff !! Una sala spoglia, tenuta male, senza luce, con finestre coperte completamente da tende a rullo coprenti, una parete su cui campeggia una gigante pubblicità del locale (ma al mio evento devo poter allestire come voglio, non avere la vostra pubblicità in ogni foto), l'altra parete coperta da tavole di legno e paletti da museo. Tavoli brutti, di legno vecchio marrone scuro, sedie ROSSE! Orrendo. Il cibo é incluso nella quota di affitto: ma é davvero una pasticceria? Pasticcini dolci pessimi, senza sapore, tutt'altro che freschi e fatti in casa. Lo stesso vale per focacce, pizzette e salatini. Faccio fatica a non apprezzare un aperitivo salato, ma si mangiava davvero male, probabilmente erano avanzi dei giorni prima. L'interesse da parte del gestore é zero, ti consegnano il cibo con un grande carrello (che era stato parcheggiato vicino alla cella frigorifera, si sente dalla temperatura del cibo) e non si vedono più. Ugly tables, dark brown old wood, RED chairs! Hideous. Food is included in the rent: but is it really a pastry shop? Bad sweet pastries, no flavor, anything but fresh and homemade. The same goes for focaccia, pizza and pretzels. I find it hard not to appreciate a salty aperitif, but you ate really badly, they were probably leftovers from the days before. The interest on the part of the manager is zero, they deliver the food to you with a large trolley (which was parked near the cold room, you can hear it from the temperature of the food) and they are no longer seen. Avoid it.

Ho ordinato una torta per il mio compleanno, purtroppo al momento del ritiro mi è stato detto che c’era stato un incidente e la torta era stata rovinata. Le ragazze al banco però sono state molto cordiali e gentili nei miei confronti, hanno cercato di risolvere al meglio la situazione sostituendo il prodotto con due torte che avevano in negozio e venendomi incontro sul prezzo. Sarò sincera: il mio primo pensiero è stato che fosse inammissibile non avere la possibilità di farsi rifare una torta ordinata per un evento una settimana prima, però la cordialità e disponibilità a trovare un compromesso mi hanno stupita. Dò tre stelle perché le torte sostitutive, non essendo state fatte al momento e fresche come quella ordinata, avevano qualche lieve punto in meno. Tuttavia, vi ringrazio per la disponibilità, sincerità e gentilezza offertami nel risolvere il problema.
