★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato stamattina a fare un prelievo, rapidissima l'accettazione e anche il prelievo è stato indolore. Mi hanno detto che è aperto da pochi giorni e si fanno i prelievi anche con il servizio sanitario nazionale. Direi che ci voleva un servizio cosi in zona ! Grazie
 I was taking a sample this morning, very fast acceptance and even the withdrawal was painless. They told me that it has been open for a few days and they are also being withdrawn by the national health service. I would say we needed a service like that in the area! Thank you

chiamo al telefono dopo 1 ora di musichetta di attesa . rispondono dicendo che chiamano loro. dopo 8 ore chiamano facendo fare solo 1 squillo.
si richiama il giorno dopo . visite con disponibili per problematiche "burocratiche".
Pessimo servizio

I call the phone after 1 hour of waiting music. they reply saying they call them. after 8 hours they call making only 1 ring.
he calls back the next day. visits with available for "bureaucratic" problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, ieri mio marito si è recato a lasciare dei campioni biologici da far analizzare, e nel pomeriggio viene ricontattato perché il laboratorio ha avuto un incidente con i campioni chiedendogli di ripetere l'esame il giorno seguente, ma per motivi di lavoro mio marito non ha potuto fare... avevamo altre visite prenotate da mesi e giorni liberi presi a lavoro, in relazione alla consegna dei referti...tutto programmato e adesso dobbiamo spostare tutto...senza sottineare la scortesia della ragazza in reception che non ci ha voluto dare nemmeno i contenitori e abbiamo dovuto comprarli due volte pur pagando per l'esame....
Bad experience, yesterday my husband went to leave biological samples to be analyzed, and in the afternoon he is contacted again because the laboratory had an accident with the samples asking him to repeat the test the following day, but for work reasons my husband could not do ... we had other visits booked for months and days off taken at work, in relation to the delivery of the reports ... all planned and now we have to move everything ... without underlining the rudeness of the girl at the reception who does not he didn't even want to give the containers and we had to buy them twice while paying for the exam ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza multipla pessima, dopo un errore loro da parte del laboratorio, che mi ha contattato per aver perso i campioni biologici da me consegnati, ho preso appuntamento per ripetere l'esame, ma solo al momento della riconsegna dei campioni biologici scopro che hanno chiuso automaticamente la pratica e che per poter rifare l'esame avrei dovuto presentarmi con una nuova ricetta...mattinata persa, e visita specialistica rimandata.... penso di non rivolgermi più a loro per i prossimi esami...un consiglio assumete receptionist più competenti o formatele, e privilegiate chi possiede la dote della gentilezza con i clienti.
Bad multiple experience, after a mistake on the part of the laboratory, which contacted me for having lost the biological samples delivered by me, I made an appointment to repeat the exam, but only when the biological samples were returned I discover that they closed automatically the practice and that in order to retake the exam I would have to come up with a new recipe ... morning lost, and specialist visit postponed .... I think I will not contact them anymore for the next exams ... advice hire receptionists more competent or educate them, and favor those who possess the gift of kindness towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono incinta di 40 settimane, ho chiamato ieri 30/12 per prenotare un ecocardiogramma richiesto dall'ospedale dove partorirò a giorni.
Mi hanno fissato l'appuntamento per stamattina 31/12 a Trezzo.
Mi presento stamane e mi viene detto dalla signorina al desk, con ben poca cortesia, che non avrei potuto fare la visita in quanto non avevo l'impegnativa medica.
Ho fatto presente che nessuno ieri mi aveva detto nulla, nonostante avessi domandato se servisse della documentazione o altro, mi è stato risposto che è successo altre volte per errore di chi fissa gli appuntamenti.
Due consigli :
-Assumete centraliniste più competenti e preparate per fissare gli appuntamenti.
-Cercate di infondere umanità (humanitas per l'appunto..) alle vostre impiegate : Una ragazza incinta di 40 settimane che deve fare una visita urgente e viene invitata ad andarsene senza nessun tatto, non è per niente umano, soprattutto quando la negligenza è vostra.
I am 40 weeks pregnant, I called yesterday 12/30 to book an echocardiogram requested by the hospital where I will give birth in days.
They set me an appointment for this morning 31/12 in Trezzo.
I show up this morning and I am told by the young lady at the desk, with very little courtesy, that I would not have been able to visit because I did not have a medical referral.
I pointed out that yesterday no one had said anything to me, although I had asked if it needed documentation or other, I was told that it has happened other times by mistake of those who make appointments.
Two tips:
- Hire more competent receptionists and be prepared to make appointments.
-Try to instill humanity (humanitas to be precise ..) to your employees: A 40 weeks pregnant girl who has to make an urgent visit and is invited to leave without any tact, is not at all human, especially when negligence is yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto delle analisi beta per monitorare lo stato di gravidanza l altro ieri mattina e a oggi ancora non pervenuto il referto. Ho chiamato ieri mattina e mi è stato risposto che il referto andava firmato. Sono le 15 e ancora nulla. Al telefono non rispondono. Con me humanitas ha chiuso per sempre. Imbarazzanti a dire poco
I did some beta analysis to monitor the pregnancy the day before yesterday morning and to date the report has not yet been received. I called yesterday morning and was told that the report had to be signed. It's 3pm and still nothing. They don't answer the phone. With me humanitas has closed forever. Embarrassing to say the least
