Personale non qualificato, disonesto e furbo, se non stavo attento mi vendeva una montatura che non avevo scelto, dopo essere andato lo ben 7 volte alla fine non ho avuto il prodotto che avevo scelto, occhiali di pessima qualità lente ruvida impossibile da pulire , lente non chiara ma ingiallite, montatura storta non in linea e non si chiude, altro da aggiungere meglio che chiudete sembra in mercato ortofrutticolo incapaci!!!!
I gave a star because zero is not possible. Unqualified, dishonest and crafty staff, if I was not careful they would sell me a frame that I had not chosen, after having gone 7 times in the end I did not have the product I had chosen, very bad quality glasses rough lens impossible to clean, lens not clear but yellowed, crooked frame not in line and does not close, more to add better that you close it seems incapable in the fruit and vegetable market !!

Inoltre, sono rimasto favorevolmente impressionato dalla competenza e precisione del test visivo; mi riferisco in particolare a Elisa, che lavora nel negozio di Vimercate, Torri Bianche.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza ottima. Ho rotto gli occhiali e necessitavo di una sostituzione della montatura in tempi rapidi, in quanto senza di essi non posso guidare, lavorare, né fare altro, e hanno fatto di tutto per poter risolvere il problema in tempi davvero record.
Non è la prima volta che acquisto da loro; mi son sempre trovato bene, ma questa volta hanno davvero superato ogni aspettativa, dei veri professionisti!
Great experience. I broke my glasses and needed a frame replacement quickly, as without them I can't drive, work, or do anything else, and they did everything to be able to solve the problem in truly record time.
This isn't the first time I've bought from them; I've always felt good, but this time they really exceeded all expectations, real professionals!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato gentilezza, competenza e graditi consigli sia per la scelta dei nuovi occhiali da vista, sia per valutare l’alternativa delle lenti a contatto. La visita di controllo è stata molto accurata e con attenzione a tutte le precauzioni igieniche. Sia le lenti di prova che gli occhiali sono arrivati in tempi molto brevi (entro 3 giorni, prima del previsto). Per quanto riguarda le lenti a contatto, essendo al mio primo utilizzo, sono stato istruito e messo a mio agio per la loro applicazione. Complessivamente un’ottima esperienza e in particolare ringrazio Michela che mi ha seguito in tutto l’iter con pazienza e professionalità.
I found kindness, competence and welcome advice both for choosing new eyeglasses and for evaluating the contact lens alternative. The control visit was very thorough and with attention to all hygienic precautions. Both the trial lenses and the glasses arrived very quickly (within 3 days, ahead of schedule). As for contact lenses, being my first use, I was trained and comfortable with their fitting. Overall an excellent experience and in particular I thank Michela who followed me throughout the process with patience and professionalism.
