Che dire saranno stati molto occupati! Fortunatamente in zona ci sono altri concessionari. Only after 4 phone calls I had an appointment and, after 3 weeks, I am still waiting for an evaluation of the used vehicle to be traded in by Raffaele. What to say they have been very busy! Fortunately, there are other dealers in the area.

E	Elisa Curti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ANCHE QUI NON CLASSIFICABILE ho vissuto una serie di disavventure presso questo concessionario e la sua officina, credo dettate da poca organizzazione, e quasi inesistente attenzione al cliente. dopo l’esperienza inqualificabile alle vendite, purtroppo il mio rapporto con questa azienda si è dovuto prolungare visti due problemi avuto sul veicolo in garanzia. l’officina è dove veramente vedi il servizio clienti, qui saranno diversi mi sono detta. macchè! incapacità totale nel gestire il rapporto col cliente, incapacità di prevedere tempi di risoluzione problematiche banali, ho consegnato un’auto per la sostituzione della batteria (seconda volta in 6mesi senza poter dare spiegazioni migliori di un… “le batterie difettose esistono!” frase che si commenta da sola visto il contesto) Hanno impiegato UNA settimana intera a restituirmela, asserendo a ritardi della consegna del ricambio, che potrebbe essere accettabile se i signori si fossero almeno degnati di chiamare ed avvisare, in aggiunta all’impossibilità di mettersi in contatto con loro…tre numeri di telefono che suonano a vuoto. "defective batteries exist!" it speaks for itself given the context) It took them ONE whole week to return it to me, claiming to delay the delivery of the spare part, which could be acceptable if the gentlemen had at least deigned to call and notify, in addition to the impossibility of contacting them ... three telephone numbers that ring empty.

X avere le targhe dalla motorizzazione ho dovuto sollecitare ogni 3 giorni e sempre una scusa diversa era la risposta.
