Sono stato accolto con gentilezza e soprattutto nel pieno rispetto delle regole Covid. I meccanici molto professionalmente in meno di un'ora hanno risolto i problemi dell'auto. We came to LARIO Volvo in Monza unsure if the car can be repaired fast enough for us to try to enjoy rest of our vacation. Thankfully, the gentlemen at the service shop were able to fix our car in less than 24 hours, they gave us a replacement car during the repair and really over-delivered in terms of customer service. If you ever have a similar misfortune or need to fix anything on your Volvo I highly recommend coming here. Ask for Andrea Busnaghi at the service station, he has been so friendly to us and super helpful in every aspect of our interaction. Really thank you very much for the service, for getting our mood up and just for being really nice. We needed it.:)
