Consegnano i mezzi senza provare se il problema è stato risolto. Chiesto due volte intervento di Opel Italia che per fortuna dimostra di tenere ai propri clienti al contrario della concessionaria in questione. The workshop / service department is really awkward. In 8 months (EIGHT MONTHS) they still haven't been able to fix a parking sensor. They deliver the means without proving if the problem has been solved. Asked twice for intervention by Opel Italia which fortunately shows to care for its customers as opposed to the dealership in question.

G	Gabriele Fusaroli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo entrati per chiedere informazioni e nessuno ci ha minimamente guardato; dopo aver chiesto ad una persona dello staff se nell'attesa potevamo guardare le auto esposte ci è stato risposto che le auto del concessionario sono li per essere vendute e che salendo le avremmo rovinate. All'uscita nessuno ci saluta. Secondo me un concessionario che allontana i possibili clienti dando in più un'immagine negativa della casa che rappresenta non è degno di rappresentarla. We entered to ask for information and nobody looked at us in the least; after asking a staff member if we could look at the cars on display we were told that the dealer's cars are there to be sold and that by going up we would have ruined them. At the exit nobody greets us. In my opinion, a dealer who drives away potential customers by giving a negative image of the house he represents is not worthy of representing it.

Competente e capace di consigliare al meglio. Qui a Basiano sono passato per una cosa semplice. Metterei più in risalto l'attività con insegne e luci. Quando passi dalla strada non tibda l'idea di essere un concessionario di auto con assistenza. I give 4 stars on the trust for the competence of Mr. Giacinto.
