Trattativa andata piuttosto bene, ma la vettura assolutamente no.
Acquistata vw polo 1.2 tsi 90cv del 2016, me l’hanno data dopo 20 giorni tra attese varie con questi problemi:
- batteria da cambiare 200€
- sonda lambda da sostituire 230€
- controllo centralina 400€ e probabile rimappatura 400+€
- ARIA CONDIZIONATA SCARICA, qui mi sono fatto una risata
Naturalmente l’auto l’ho portata in una officina volkswagen di una concessionaria volkswagen ufficiale, e le spese citate sono parole scritte su una diagnostica certificata.
Mi sono state dette troppe frottole, macchina rivenduta (per fortuna senza smenarci troppo) dopo 3 mesi.
Metto 2 stelle solo per il prezzo che aveva e la cordialità della signora che gestiva le pratiche.

Purchased vw polo 1.2 tsi 90cv of 2016, they gave it to me after 20 days between various expectations with these problems:
- battery change 200 €

- AIR CONDITIONING DOWNLOAD, here I had a laugh
Of course the car I took to a volkswagen workshop of an official volkswagen dealership, and the costs mentioned are words written on a certified diagnostic.
I have been told too many fancies, machine resold (thankfully without bothering too much) after 3 months.
I put 2 stars only for the price he had and the friendliness of the lady who ran the files.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le due signore alla reception sono molto scortesi, maleducate e le meno adatte a supportare la clientela.
Mi sono recato in questo posto per un tagliando e per mia scelta ho deciso di non sostituire un pezzo. Quasi si sono offesi facendotela pensare.
Da lì il loro incentivo era svolgere il lavoro in fretta ragion per cui ho dei dubbi sul fatto che abbiano svolto i lavori con correttezza. In ogni caso ho pagato di più rispetto a quanto preventivato.
Non ti ascoltano, non sono attenti alle esigenze del cliente.
Mai più!
The two ladies at the reception are very rude, rude and the least suited to support customers.
I went to this place for a service and by my choice I decided not to replace a piece. They almost got offended by making you think.
From there their incentive was to get the job done quickly which is why I have doubts that they did the job fairly. In any case, I paid more than what was estimated.
They do not listen to you, they are not attentive to the customer's needs.
Never again!
