RISULTATO:auto in garanzia MAI SISTEMATA. Il loro giochetto è fare lo scarica barile tra di loro compreso il titolare, i venditori e i meccanici, cercando di snervare lo sfortunato acquirente facendolo andare avanti e in dietro per nulla, facendo passare giorni e mesi per far scadere la GARANZIA. Piuttosto che comprare ancora un'auto da voi vado in giro in carrozzina a vita, ci vediamo in TRIBUNALE così vi faccio pagare il tempo e i danni che mi avete causato. Cercate un altro concessionario se volete vivere sereni. Ho portato la mia auto presso di loro facendomi accompagnare in quanto risiedo a circa 80 km dalla loro officina; dopo una settimana ho ritiraro la mia autovettura esattamente con gli stessi difetti che avevo segnalato... Pierluigi, il rivenditore con cui ho trattato, si è dimostrato molto competente. Non di meno anche l'offerta di permuta del mio usato, che altri concessionari mi avevano praticamente bocciato. Risultato, da oggi sono alla guida di una splendida dr 5.0. E non da ultimo, li ho contattati alcune ore dopo per un banale alert, e mi hanno risolto il problema immediatamente e telefonicamente. Al momento si meritano dal mio punto di vista 5 stelle! P.s.: l'autovettura nonostante il grave periodo, è arrivata in breve tempo. Alla consegna hanno avuto difficoltà con il mio modello e mi hanno risolto il problema MAGNIFICAMENTE dandomi allo stesso prezzo la DR 5.0 (molto più bella). È un concessionario cordiale e professionale, il cliente è sempre al primo posto. Il mio contatto Giuseppe mi ha risolto il problema in maniera veloce e professionale. La macchina è di livelli altissimi e sono rimasto piacevolmente MOLTO STUPITO SOPRA LE MIE PIÙ ROSEE ASPETTATIVE. DR, IL MADE IN ITALY CHE ASPETTAVAMO!!!! In January 2022 I bought DR 4.0 from them.
