Ho avuto 4 esperienze con loro, di cui il 100% negative: 1) acquisto auto: 2 mesi di ritardo 2) primo tagliando: appuntamento ore 08:00 -> l’auto sostituiva arriva alle 11:00. Mezza Giornata persa a lavoro e, azione un po’ da morfi di fame, mi hanno anche addebitato l’intero costo della giornata con la relativa auto sostituiva 3) secondo tagliando: appuntamento ore 8:00 -> arrivo lì e, nonostante avessero il mio numero per avvisarmi, mi dicono . Son dovuto tornare indietro e prenotare un altro giorno 4) terzo tagliando: prenotazione in anticipo di 2 settimane per evitare disguidi come gli anni precedenti. Chiedo loro di scegliere un giorno in cui gli viene comodo, purché non ci siano disguidi con la consegna alle 8:00 e relativa auto sostituiva. Niente da fare.
