Il servizio assistenza post vendita e manutenzione non é ottimale, difetti dei prodotti non individuati subito dai loro tecnici causando fermi prolungati dei mezzi oltre al fatto che mi é capitato di dover richiedere piú interventi consecutivi per risolvere li stesso problema perché non risolto minimamente in quelli precedenti. The after-sales service and maintenance is not optimal, product defects not identified immediately by their technicians causing prolonged stoppages of the vehicles in addition to the fact that I have had to request multiple consecutive interventions to solve the same problem because it has not been minimally resolved in the previous ones .

Mi ha colpito l'organizzazione, la professionalità degli insegnanti (parte teorica e pratica) e la squisita cortesia delle segretarie in ufficio (Miriam e Samantha). Nonostante il poco preavviso e l'ora tarda, la Sig.ra Miriam è stata gentilissima e rapidissima ad organizzare il trasporto in cantiere ed inviare i documenti per il noleggio. La piattaforma era impeccabile, ed il costo di noleggio molto competitivo. Sicuramente per altri lavori nella zona ci rivolgeremo a loro.
