Escludono le parti usurabili e i liquidi ma non hanno un elenco dettagliato che chiarisca in modo chiaro cosa ti rimborsano e cosa no... in conclusione mi sono pagato da solo il danno! Cambiate garanzia assicurativa... Impeccable dealership and dealer! Too bad for the guarantee that they use the MAPFRE ... practically useless and does not refund you anything! They exclude consumable parts and liquids but do not have a detailed list that clearly clarifies what they reimburse you and what not ... in conclusion I paid for the damage myself! Gianluigi una persona davvero gentilissima e disponibile, sono venuti a prendermi direttamente in aeroporto e mi hanno sin da subito trasmesso una fiducia altissima. Ho sempre fatto delle videochiamate per verificare l’auto e sono stati sempre presenti e gentilissimi nel collaborare . Raccomando a tutti questo concessionario. Tornerò da loro per altre auto !!
