M	Man Nam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Operatori maleducatissimi senza tatto ne cortesia…ho chiamato preoccupato per mio figlio che aveva febbre alta e siccome sono a più di un ora di macchina dall’ospedale volevo sapere come comportarmi evitando di precipitarmi lì e poi sentirmi dire che era stato inutile andarci…mi hanno staccato il telefono in faccia..la regola che vige è la scortesia verso tutti…non sanno cos’è l’educazione e la sensibilità e ne tantomeno l’empatia, caratteristica fondamentale per chi vuole fare questo lavoro..il direttore generale dovrebbe valutare molto bene chi assumere e soprattutto per quale motivo hanno scelto questo lavoro..dovrebbero assumere personale educato, empatico e sensibile..soprattutto perché hanno a che fare con la salute (e spesso la vita) dei bambini…non metterei nemmeno una stella ma purtroppo non potrei fare questa recensione.. Rude operators without tact or courtesy ... Abbiamo aspettato 8 ore x avere un consulto da una psichiatra bisognosa di visita psichiatrica , un paradosso. Ci ha convocati in una stanzina in pronto soccorso, a primo impatto sembrava veramente scocciata, senza parlare dei modi bruschi e senza alcun rispetto nei nostri confronti e ricordo a tutti che mia moglie era molto debilitata, ha avuto anche l'ardore di parlare con toni alti senza alcun rispetto del paziente. Non auguro a nessuno di trovarsi in pronto soccorso quando c'è questa "dottoressa" prima chiedete chi c'è. Nella foto che pubblicherò ci sarà la sua versione di vittima e il suo nome e cognome xché le persone e i cittadini che la pagano, devono sapere chi pagano e cosa fa x le persone che hanno bisogno veramente di un supporto quando nessuno c'è x dartelo. Un altra cosa, se ci avesse ascoltato sarebbe venuta a conoscenza del motivo x cui eravamo li in pronto soccorso senza giungere alle sue conclusioni affrettate. Vi devo confidare che quando ha chiamato la sicurezza x farmi uscire ero veramente preoccupato che mia moglie stesse nella stessa stanza sola con questa persona. Bambini di tutte le età che gli fanno aspettare anche 6-7 ore solo per un controllo, ti dicono già al arrivo che il bambino deve aspettare 3 4 ore per essere visitato da un pediatra e poi ci vuole altre 2 ore per avere un risultato! Pessima organizzazione! Shameful!! c	chloe pontoglio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Attese lunghissime di 6-7ore con il bambino che stava male.. visitato di fretta e mandato a casa il GG dopo peggiorato di nuovo ore infinite di attesa..nn ho parole nn si può fare aspettare bimbi così piccoli tante ore..stanno male e l'attesa li snerva.. oltretutto sembra che nn siano molto competenti! Ok ci sono tanti pazienti e pochi medici, ok che ci sono urgenze ma non si spiega 40min di attesa per solo per avere il referto. I grandi in qualche modo riesco a resistere ma ai bambini come si spiega? Nulla da dire per infermieri e altro staff che senz'altro fanno bene il loro lavoro. If I could I didn't even give a star. Ok there are many patients and few doctors, ok there are emergencies but 40min of waiting just to get the report is not explained. The grownups somehow manage to resist but how can you explain children? Nothing to say for nurses and other staff who certainly do their job well.
