★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nacque quando venne inaugurato il Centro commerciale " IL BORGO" Inizialmente, aveva orari di apertura e chiusura effettuati da guardie giurate di un istituto di vigilanza privato ora pero' non e' più attivo a causa dei costi di gestione. All'interno del sotterraneo , si trovano anche garagi e magazzini privati oltre a quello pubblico utilizzato per lo più da dipendenti del supermercato o da autovetture di persone che abitano nel vicino complesso Capitol( privi di garage). Capita anche che alcune vetture rimangano parcheggiate per lunghi periodi dato che la polvere ne ricopre le carrozzerie rendendole quasi irriconoscibili. Quindi i posti di parcheggio liberi restano molto limitati.
 It was born when the "IL BORGO" shopping center was inaugurated. Initially, it had opening and closing times carried out by security guards of a private security institute but now it is no longer active due to management costs. Inside the basement, there are also garages and private warehouses in addition to the public one used mostly by employees of the supermarket or by cars of people who live in the nearby Capitol complex (without a garage). It also happens that some cars remain parked for long periods as dust covers the bodywork making them almost unrecognizable. So the free parking places remain very limited.
