★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorgente molto ampia. Piacevole ma completamente recintata con un impianto di allevamento ittico in disuso. Con pochi lavori di sistemazione potrebbe diventare un luogo veramente bello.
 Very wide source. Pleasant but completely fenced with a disused fish farm. With a few refurbishing works it could become a really beautiful place.

Sono disponibili una fontana con acqua freschissima, tavoli da picnic sia al sole sia all'ombra, uno spazio per giocare a calcetto con due porte, un paio di sentieri (attorno al lago il primo e il secondo che dalla casetta in costruzione porta alla rocca che si vede in alto a sinistra guardando verso la montagna). Merita una visita e una foto
A corner of peace and nature behind Rocchetta. There is a fountain with fresh water, picnic tables both in the sun and in the shade, a space to play soccer with two doors, a couple of paths (around the lake the first and the second that leads from the house under construction to the fortress which can be seen at the top left looking towards the mountain). Worth a visit and a photo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da Molisano sarebbe troppo facile parlarne bene e in maniera aggarbata; ma da quando vivo fuori regione ogni pezzo del nostro Molise mi pare patrimonio bello stupendo inevitabilmente unico ed attraente ... oggi poi per non voler subire il caldo in casa abbiamo scelto le sorgenti come destinazione di un facile picnic improvvisato all ultimo momento e raggiunto facilmente da casa molisana. Ci siamo rilassati, rinfrescati e siamo stati cullati e coccolati dal venticello che scuoteva il caldo dell afa estiva. Il Volturno sfocia nel Mar Tirreno all altezza di Castel Volturno ma sgorga fresco composto ed educati qui alle sorgenti. È una ricchezza delle nostre terre, un patrimonio da vivere e salvaguardare ... una fonte di benessere locale che sempre più recentemente stanno apprezzando e visitando. Siate anche voi prossimi viaggiatori alla scoperta di questo angolo bello perfetto e rigoglioso, ma sappiamone sempre tutelare e preservare il verde candore per farlo vivere a lungo ancora. Buona estate 2020.
From Molisano it would be too easy to talk about it well and in a clinging way; but since I have lived outside the region, every piece of our Molise seems to me a beautiful, wonderful, inevitably unique and attractive heritage ... today, in order not to suffer from the heat at home, we have chosen the springs as the destination for an easy picnic at the last moment and easily reached from Molise house. We relaxed, refreshed and were cradled and pampered by the breeze that shook the heat of the summer heat. The Volturno flows into the Tyrrhenian Sea at the height of Castel Volturno but flows fresh composed and educated here at the sources. It is a wealth of our lands, a heritage to be experienced and safeguarded ... a source of local well-being that more and more recently they are appreciating and visiting. Be the next travelers to discover this beautiful, perfect and luxuriant corner, but let's always know how to protect and preserve the green whiteness to make it live for a long time to come. Good summer 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caratteristico scorcio, bello il laghetto con le anatre ma... peccato fosse chiuso senza riferimenti telefonici a cui rivolgersi o tabelle con orari apertura e info varie.
Solo una triste tabella coi divieti.
Characteristic glimpse, beautiful pond with ducks but ... too bad it was closed without telephone numbers to contact or tables with opening hours and various info.
Just a sad table with prohibitions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile dare un giudizio univoco: le fonti sono davvero belle, non fossero ingabbiate dietro un'alta grata... si vede molto meglio la centrale dell'Enel! d'altronde, siamo in Italia, e se così non fosse sarebbero già colme di bottiglie (due di birra infatti ci sono arrivate dal punto più vicino) bucce di angurie salvagenti palloni bambini cani e tutto il repertorio che si può immaginare.
Interessanti ma almeno con binocolo!
It is difficult to give an unambiguous judgment: the sources are really beautiful, they weren't caged behind a high grate ... you can see the Enel plant much better! on the other hand, we are in Italy, and if this were not the case they would already be full of bottles (two of beer in fact came from the closest point) watermelon peels life jackets balloons children dogs and all the repertoire you can imagine.
Interesting but at least with binoculars!
