★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lago è artificiale ma cmq suggestivo per ammirare le bellezze di questo posto bisogna addentrarsi nel bosco e percorrere il percorso lungo il fiume o fare il percorso trekking con il maestro Luigi Spada per arrivare alla sorgente
The lake is artificial but cmq suggestive to admire the beauties of this place you have to go into the woods and walk the path along the river or take the trekking path with the master Luigi Spada to get to the source

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il lago è bellissimo. Personalmente vieterei la pesca perché i pescatori pensano che il lago sia a loro uso esclusivo. Per il resto è un vero peccato non attrezzarlo alla maniera di Barrea con spiaggia e servizi.
The lake is beautiful. Personally I would ban fishing because fishermen think the lake is for their exclusive use. For the rest it is a real shame not to equip it in the Barrea way with beach and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto molto bello e tranquillo. È un bacino artificiale. Non ci sono servizi, né sabbia, né bagnini con pattìni, canoe e salvagenti; solo una struttura galleggiante, fissata a riva, che realizza una specie di molo con piscina in cui potersi bagnare o stendere al sole. Di solito questa struttura è abbastanza affollata, ma il lago è abbastanza grande da permettere di trovarci un altro posticino tranquillo.
Very nice and quiet place. It is an artificial basin. There are no services, no sand, no lifeguards with skis, canoes and life jackets; only a floating structure, fixed to the shore, which creates a kind of pier with a swimming pool where you can bathe or lie in the sun. This property is usually quite crowded, but the lake is large enough for you to find another quiet spot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto fantastico e per fortuna senza i fastidiosi divieti nei confronti dei camper che pure riterrei necessario regolamentare magari creando delle piccole piazzole (tre o quattro sarebbero possibili) lungo il percoso che porta alla centrale dell'Enel alla fine del tracciato. Personalmente sono rimasto una sola notte e devo dire di essermi trovato benissimo. Sarebbe poi fantastico se vi fosse un sentiero curato che lo percorre per la sua interrezza.
Fantastic place and fortunately without the annoying prohibitions against campers which I would also consider necessary to regulate perhaps by creating small pitches (three or four would be possible) along the path that leads to the Enel plant at the end of the track. Personally I stayed only one night and I must say I had a great time. It would also be fantastic if there was a well-kept path that runs through it for its entirety.
