Always a thrill to enter the museum dedicated to the archaeologist Antonio De Nino, as an inhabitant of the Alto Sangro is a place of pride for the Abruzzo hinterland. I suggest the guided tour. Inside armor shields with the Chimera. VISIT IT.

Vale la visita. Telefonare per prenotare, non è sempre aperto, la fruibilità è dovuta all'entusiasmo e alla preparazione scientifica del personale VOLONTARiO che ci si dedica
A jewel. A small modern museum that preserves some of the finds found in the excavations of the necropolis of Campo Consolino (practically in the fields next to the museum, then covered). Worth the visit. Calling to book is not always open, the usability is due to the enthusiasm and scientific preparation of the VOLUNTARY staff who dedicate themselves to it

Guida e visita del museo gratuite (hanno davvero meritato un contributo a fine visita), il luogo racconta la storia di questa porzione dell' "altopiano delle cinque miglia" trascinandoti svariati secoli addietro. Meraviglioso.
Although undergoing renovations, the museum is wonderfully managed. Free guide and museum visit (they really deserved a contribution at the end of the visit), the place tells the story of this portion of the "plateau of the five miles" dragging you several centuries ago. Marvelous.

The museum currently consists of a single large room. The expansion of the exhibition area must be completed.
We were offered a short guided tour, the guide showed competence and enthusiasm.
A visit is very useful to learn about the Samnite civilization and the history of the highlands
Sangro Valley.
