Praticamente ci sono tutte le informazioni sul lupo: storia, habitat, vizi e virtù. Impressionante la foto del luparo con tre lupi uccisi e appesi per le zampe posteriori come monito. Personale simpatico e a disposizione per letture e laboratori didattici sul lupo per i più piccoli. Bravissimi per le iniziative, il bookshop (carino ma perfettibile)...il tutto potrebbe essere un po' "svecchiato" di quell'aria "anni 70" delle teche e del materiale iconografico esposto nelle sale superiori...W l'Abruzzo, i suoi lupi ed i suoi orsi ! A magical place, where you can meet people who tell us the true story of the wolf, through a perceptible and concrete everyday experience. Very good for the initiatives, the bookshop (nice but perfect) ... everything could be a bit "updated" of that air "70s" of the display cases and of the iconographic material displayed in the upper rooms ... A	Andrea Home on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oltre all'area recintata nell'area boschiva sulla destra del museo dove effettivamente si riesce ad avvistare qualche lupo in semilibertà, ho trovato molto interessante e ben fatto il piccolo museo dedicato al nostro amico, dove oltre ai numerosi panelli informativi e reperti si possono trovare alcune chicche tipo le riproduzioni delle prime pagine dalla Domenica del Corriere da inizio '900 in poi su fatti di cronaca che riguardano incontri tra uomini e lupi e che grazie anche alle famose tavole illustrate di Achille Beltrame rendono molto bene il sentimento popolare dell'epoca che vedeva nel lupo una vera e propria minaccia da eliminare. Fortunatamente grazie anche a queste iniziative oggi le cose sono cambiate e la popolazione del lupo è di nuovo stabile ed anzi in aumento in varie zone d'Italia. I problemi della convivenza con l'uomo comunque non mancano e tutto viene approfondito bene e spiegato a misura di bambino. Un luogo quindi da non perdere per il turista del Parco e per chi ha bambini consiglio di prenotare una visita guidata. L	Luca Ciotola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Museo piccolo, su due livelli con notizie e spunti interessanti sul lupo e la sua storia, anche se il percorso di visita andrebbe rivisto in chiave più moderna ed interattiva. Capisco che probabilmente mancano i fondi per un’ampia ristrutturazione e probabilmente il numero di visitatori annuali non giustificherebbe in ritorno economico l’investimento. Ma il sito è molto interessante, il contesto del paesino affascinante e la possibilità di vedere dall’affaccio limitrofo al museo i lupi in carne ed ossa (anche se in cattività) dovrebbero essere tutti incentivi per salvaguardare e promuovere con maggior vigore un patrimonio della natura, caratteristico della zona. It contains very well-organised info on wolves, the relationship with local culture with them throughout history, their crucial role in the ecosystem, and much more. PERFECT FOR A VISIT WITH CHILDREN I used to bring primary school children to the National Park, and the Museum was always a highlight! They love it and it is child-friendly. As an adult, I found it entertaining and informative. A must-see.
