Consigliabile la visita anche in concomitanza del Festival della Zampogna che si svolge ogni anno l'ultimo fine settimana di Luglio. Beautiful and interesting, reachable after a short walk through the narrow streets of the picturesque town. A visit is also recommended in conjunction with the Bagpipe Festival which takes place every year on the last weekend of July.

Nonostante quello che c'è scritto sul sito e quello che è appeso al portone del museo, oggi 21 agosto 2020 teoricamente aperto dalle 16.30...atteso invano l'apertura fino alle 17.35. Il numero di telefono indicato sul cartello è irraggiungibile. I miei complimenti per la serietà!!! 1 star because it is not possible to give zero. Despite what is written on the site and what is hanging on the door of the museum, today 21 August 2020 theoretically open from 16.30 ... expected to open in vain until 17.35. The telephone number indicated on the sign is unreachable. My compliments for the seriousness !!!
p	paola guariglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piccolo assaggio del museo che purtroppo ho trovato chiuso , una signora molto gentile e disponibile ci ha comunque illustrato i vari tipi di zampogne . È stato piacevole ascoltarla A little taste of the museum which unfortunately I found closed, a very kind and helpful lady however illustrated the various types of bagpipes. It was nice to hear it

Ho fatto tutta la camminata immerso in un paese bellissimo ma poi il Museo è chiuso...tutti i giorni, quindi solo su prenotazione. Ero qui per lavoro, in pausa pranzo, ho scoperto che Scapoli fosse la Patria della Zampogna proprio oggi... mi sarebbe piaciuto visitarlo! Peccato! Why do I put zero? I would have liked to see it. I did the whole walk immersed in a beautiful country but then the Museum is closed ... every day, therefore by reservation only. I was here on business, on a lunch break, I found out that Scapoli was the homeland of the Bagpipe just today ... I would have liked to visit it! Sin!
