★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi sono trovato davanti a un responsabile di agenzia pieno di avidità il quale non ci ha tutelati in niente ma pensato solo ai suoi affari.
Peccato per le sue ragazze dipendenti, sempre carine e gentili coi clienti, ma che sotto l abito si presentavano sottomesse a costui.
Il mio voto in realtà non è una stella come mi impone Google ma sotto lo zero.
Infine mi auguro che i prossimi suoi clienti non vengano presi in giro da questo gestore incapace legalizzato. Buona fortuna
Personally I found myself in front of an agency manager full of greed who didn't protect us in anything but only thought about his business.
Too bad for his addicted girls, always nice and kind to customers, but who presented themselves under his dress.
My vote is not really a star as Google imposes me but below zero.
Finally, I hope that your next customers will not be fooled by this legalized incapable manager. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In tempi molto brevi siamo riusciti a concludere l'affitto dell'appartamento, considerando la disponibilità ad effettuare due visite, a definire la documentazione necessaria e a provvedere alle volture delle utenze. Il servizio si è svolto con la massima trasparenza e precisione. Siamo molto soddisfatti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agenzia poco seria ! Ho visto l'annuncio di un appartamento , dopo appena 2 minuti dalla pubblicazione ho mandato l'email per chiedere un appuntamento ! Stamattina per sicurezza faccio una chiamata , alla mia richiesta di appuntamento mi dicono che quando leggeranno l'email fisseranno gli appuntamenti e quindi sarò ricontattata ! Andando per ordine sarei dovuta essere se non la prima la seconda , e niente aspetto ancora la chiamata e nel frattempo hanno rimosso anche l'annuncio ! Credo che le case le diano a chi vogliono loro e non come dicono seguendo l'ordine di arrivo dell'email!
Not serious agency! I saw the announcement of an apartment, just 2 minutes after the publication I sent the email to ask for an appointment! This morning, just to be safe, I make a call, at my request for an appointment they tell me that when they read the email they will set the appointments and then I will be contacted! Going in order I should have been if not the first the second, and nothing is still waiting for the call and in the meantime they also removed the announcement! I believe that the houses give them to whoever they want and not as they say following the order of arrival of the email!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato tutta la documentazione sempre con i tempi che gli impegni lavorativi mi permettevano. Mi chiamano di provvedere a passare in agenzia per la richiesta ma il giorno dopo mi dicono che tutto si svolgerà con un' altra persona. Dalle mie parti non ci si comporta in questo modo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Li contattiamo per una casa. L'andiamo a vedere dopo molta insistenza, perché non volevano neanche mostrarcela. Durante la visita sembra di aver fatto una buona impressione al proprietario. Rimaniamo d'accordo la dipendente dell'agenzia per trovarci SUBITO in sede per fare la proposta, ma arrivati lì ci dicono che non hanno più tempo. Allora torniamo a casa dopo aver lasciato una parte dei documenti e più tardi inviamo la parte restante tramite mail. Attendiamo che si faccia sentire l'agenzia ma nulla, non si è fatta sentire mai. Li contattiamo telefonicamente e ci viene detto che entro fine settimana/sabato ci avrebbero fatto sapere qualcosa (curioso visto che sabato è il loro giorno di chiusura). Quindi ancora una volta non ci contatta nessuno. Chiamati di nuovo chiediamo cortesemente che ci facciano sapere qualcosa anche abbastanza seccati e a 12 giorni dal nostro incontro con il proprietario, quest'ultimo capisce che non ci vuole come locatari. Premessa: contattatati 3 volte nell'arco della mattinata e con la prima telefonata la dipendente ci ha detto che doveva sentire ancora il proprietario dell'immobile e alla 3 telefonata scopriamo l'esito, il tutto in un'ora scarsa, peccato però che ci hanno fatto perdere quasi 2 settimane di tempo. Precisiamo inoltre che la dipendente, quando insistiamo per fare la proposta, ci dice che questo passaggio è delle volte bypassato (!). Informazione ovviamente smentita successivamente dal titolare.
Per cui non consigliamo a nessuno i servizi di questa agenzia, abbiamo trovato poca serietà e professionalità.
We contact them for a home. We go to see it after a lot of insistence, because they didn't even want to show it to us. During the visit it seems to have made a good impression on the owner. We agree with the employee of the agency to find us IMMEDIATELY in the office to make the proposal, but when we get there they tell us that they no longer have time. Then we go home after leaving some of the documents and later we send the remainder by email. We are waiting for the agency to make itself heard but nothing, it has never been heard. We contact them by phone and we are told that by weekend / Saturday they would let us know something (curious since Saturday is their closing day). So once again no one contacts us. Called again we kindly ask that they let us know something even quite annoyed and 12 days after our meeting with the owner, the latter understands that he does not want us as tenants. Premise: contacted 3 times during the morning and with the first phone call the employee told us that she still had to hear from the owner of the property and on the 3 phone call we find out the outcome, all in a scarce hour, but it is a pity that we they wasted almost 2 weeks of time. We also specify that the employee, when we insist on making the proposal, tells us that this step is sometimes bypassed (!). Information obviously denied later by the owner.
So we do not recommend the services of this agency to anyone, we found little seriousness and professionalism.
