Ho avuto modo di approcciarmi sin dal primo giorno con il consulente Raffaele, che si è dimostrato professionale, cordiale e molto attento alle mie esigenze. Sin dall'inizio è riuscito ad individuare le caratteristiche principali di appartamento che più si adattavano al mio ritmo giornaliero ed in meno di una settimana si è reso disponibile a farmi visionare l'infrastruttura. Meticoloso e preciso ha risposto ad ogni mio dubbio anche presentandomi un prospetto chiaro e preciso di spese globali. Consiglio vivamente l'agenzia ed i suoi dipendenti.

From the beginning he was able to identify the main characteristics of the apartment that best suited my daily rhythm and in less than a week he made himself available to let me see the infrastructure. Meticulous and precise, he answered all my doubts also by presenting me with a clear and precise statement of global expenses. I highly recommend the agency and its employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ C'è molto chiasso. Locale troppo piccolo per il numero di agenti che ci lavorano e numero di utenti che vengono gestiti. Impossibile avere privacy, nemmeno al colloquio con il broker finanziario verso cui vieni indirizzato prima del consulente immobiliare.
There is a lot of noise. Local too small for the number of agents who work there and the number of users that are managed. It is impossible to have privacy, not even in the interview with the financial broker you are directed to before the real estate consultant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were looking for a house to buy, we liked Castelfranco very much and decided to look for the house there. Even to get an appointment took one week, because we don't speak Italian well (learning). We went to see the house, at first they were really nice to us, we liked the house and wanted to make an offer. But they asked a lot of questions like "what is your final offer, how much more can you pay, how much do you like the house", we didn't care about the questions. We decided to make an offer of 85000 euros (without mortgage), and at that moment they told us "there's another offer so you should make it at least 90000 euros(with mortgage)", we made the 85k offer anyway. Then they invited us to the office again just to say since there's another offer higher than us, if we don't rise our offer to 90k, the owner will choose the other one. But we think that the owner didn't even see the offer... We felt like they were trying to trick us. Because they weren't very clear and comforting, and it was like they were putting pressure on us to increase the offer, not in a kind way. Since this was our first experience, we didn't know it shouldn't have been like that. Then we decided to find a house in Imola, went to Tempocasa again. And in Imola office they were really nice and kind to us, we found the house for us and bought it, they were really helpful along the way. This thing in Castelfranco happened in November, now in February the house still is on sale on their website. So then what happened to the other offer? Anyway, thank you for this experience, we know better now.
