Infatti, mi sono rivolta a numerose agenzie, le quali non mi hanno soddisfatta. Fortunatamente, però grazie a Casa Castelfranco e precisamente grazie a Salvatore e Matteo ho ottenuto ciò che desideravo. I cannot fail to give 5 stars for the service that was offered to me. I inherited an apartment and had been trying to sell it for a long time. Amici e colleghi si sono trovati spesso in difficoltà, con spiacevoli contrattempi, spese impreviste e tempi dilatati. Gli agenti che avevo conosciuto non mi ispiravano fiducia, giovani, molte chiacchere ma poca sostanza. Stavo, con dispiacere, sospendendo il progetto. Quando ho conosciuto Salvatore e Matteo mi sono sentita finalmente ascoltata e in poco tempo ho venduto e comprato. Grazie per avermi aiutata a realizzare, finalmente, questo sogno.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fare una semplice recensione sarebbe banale, sono due agenti immobiliari fantastici ma soprattutto MOOOOOLTOO pazienti… sono stati dietro al mio cervello per tre anni da un acquisto di una villetta alla vendita della stessa, ad una casa in affitto e all’ acquisto di un nuovo appartamento… insomma persone più disponibili e pazienti non ne ho mai conosciute! Sono sei è molto professionali e sanno consigliare non essendo invadenti nelle decisioni altrui. Li consiglio vivamente a tutti quelli che vogliono acquistare vendere o semplicemente affittare un abitazione! Ragazzi davvero speciali!!
Doing a simple review would be trivial, they are two fantastic real estate agents but above all SOOOO patients ... they have been behind my brain for three years from buying a house to selling it, to a rented house and to the purchase of a new apartment ... in short, I have never met more helpful and patient people! Personale serio e con una notevole esperieza di settore e di vita, tutto utile al fine di accompagnarti all'acquisto di un bene duraturo. Ti seguno dall'inizio sino alla fine e anche dopo. Personalmente tra le diverse agenzie consultate li ho preferiti anche perché sono risultati più vicini alle esigenze reali di vita rispetto ad altre agenzie con personale troppo giovane.

I follow you from the beginning to the end and even after. Personally, among the various agencies consulted, I preferred them also because they were closer to the real needs of life than other agencies with too young staff.

Anche se vivo all'estero da qualche anno, non ho avuto dubbi a scegliere loro per la vendita di un mio appartamento a Castelfranco Emilia perchè, a mio avviso, molto competenti e preparati come pochi. Consigliatissimi per chi deve vendere nei tempi giusti e senza brutte sorprese.
Salvatore and Matteo have been following my family's real estate assets for years. Although I have been living abroad for a few years, I had no doubts in choosing them for the sale of my apartment in Castelfranco Emilia because, in my opinion, they are very competent and prepared like few others. Ho avuto modo di interfacciarmi sia con Matteo che con Salvatore: sono entrambe due figure professionali molto preparate e, soprattutto, due persone veramente perbene.
Per quanto riguarda la fase di vendita, a differenza di altre agenzie, selezionano accuratamente i contatti che hanno nel loro database. Risultato: hanno venduto la mia casa nel giro di una settimana, con una sola visita e ad un prezzo giusto.
