Penso che sia una persona che si adopera per i propri clienti, preparata e genuina che ti segue davvero fino al rogito.

La qualità’ dell’ inserzione bassa, la comunicazione durante le visite dei potenziali clienti all’immobile poco convincente (da quanto mi è stato riportato, vivendo io all’estero), le informazioni fornite in preparazione del mutuo non strutturate e tardive. Da considerare che la trattativa non si sarebbe mai chiusa se non fossi intervenuto direttamente nella trattativa con gli acquirenti, nonostante le offerte delle parti fossero molto vicine (3% del valore dell’immobile). Il banchetto servito di fronte a notaio e rappresentanti della banca in fase di rogito solo la beffa finale. Suggerirei a Paola di seguire meno trattative ma di farlo con qualità’. A posteriori, affiderei la vendita ad un’altra agenzia
