Sicuramente non posso che consigliare di affidarsi all'agenzia in quanto mi ha seguito passo a passo nella vendita dell'immobile senza avere alcuna preoccupazione. L'intero staff è stato sempre disponibile, rispondeva in tempi brevi chiarendo sempre qualsiasi nostro dubbio, ma soprattutto cercando sempre di risolvere al meglio gli inconvenienti. I ragazzi dello staff continuano ad essere disponibili anche una volta concluso l'acquisto. For us it was a more than positive experience! We were fine even if at first we were probably a bit hesitant in contacting an agency. The entire staff was always available, responded quickly, always clarifying any of our doubts, but above all always trying to solve the problems in the best possible way. The staff members continue to be available even after the purchase has been completed.

Sono le 16 e ancora nessuna risposta, sarà successo qualcosa, mi dico. Allora decido di andare fisicamente all'agenzia, arrivo, le luci sono accese e allora entro; tre agenti o segretari presenti, tutti senza mascherina, uno giochicchia col cellulare altri due nulla facenti (ma questa è la mia impressione, probabilmente stanno lavorando con i dispositivi informatici). Nessuno mi degna di un "buonasera", poi finalmente un agente mi accoglie. A questo punto faccio presente che è dalla mattina che nessuno risponde al telefono e la risposta è; ma sa.....la ragazza che prende le telefonate non c'è! "No, dico dentro di me, ma Voi tre non potete rispondere? Sarà una direttiva aziendale". Mi accordo per una visita ad un immobile, torno il giorno concordato in agenzia e sempre tutti senza mascherina (ah....non è che se la mettono quando entro, ma non ci pensano proprio!). Iniziamo la visita con anche i proprietari presenti; tutti con la mascherina correttamente indossata tranne uno, lascio a chi legge indovinare chi la portava al gomito!!! Conclusioni: -non sono d'accordo con la politica aziendale che se manca "l'addetta/o alle telefonate altre tre persone non possano rispondere. -capisco che i no mask e i si mask abbiano pensieri opposti, ma se hai un'attività mi par di capire che la legge sia a favore dei si mask. Chissà se anche questa recensione negativa verrà fatta oscurare dall'agenzia!!! Nobody deserves me a "good evening", then finally an agent welcomes me. At this point I would like to point out that no one has answered the phone since the morning and the answer is; but you know ..... the girl who takes the phone calls is not there! "No, I say to myself, but can't you three answer? It will be a corporate directive." I agree for a visit to a property, I come back on the day agreed with the agency and always all without a mask (ah .... it's not like they put it on when I enter, but they don't think about it!). We begin the visit with the owners present as well; all with the mask correctly worn except one, I leave it to the reader to guess who wore it at the elbow !!! Conclusions: - I do not agree with the company policy that if "the clerk / or other three people cannot answer the phone calls. - I understand that no masks and yes masks have opposite thoughts, but if you have an activity I it seems to understand that the law is in favor of the si mask. Who knows if even this negative review will be obscured by the agency !!!
