Mi hanno venduto una casa con vizi occulti, impianto gas non a norma, assenza di una rete fognaria, tutti gli scarichi finiscono sotto casa sia acque scure che chiare. Un porcile. Non rispondono mai al telefono,ti prendono in giro dicendo che faranno di tutto per affittare l'appartamento..prima è in trattativa poi è disponibile e poi strano caso dopo una proposta d'affitto che gli abbiamo fatto levano magicamente l'annuncio!!! Dopo che è stata li per più di due mesi sul sito !!Bha!!! Disappointed !!! Perchè sono presenti a Castelfranco, San Cesario e Spilamberto ormai da anni. Perchè a differenza di sedicenti franchising hanno come unico e solo scopo quello di guidarti dalla A alla Z in un percorso che ti garantisco, non è una passeggiata. E te lo dice un ex agente immobiliare che ha lavorato piú di vent’ anni a Castelfranco Emilia, quindi so quel che dico. La scelta della casa, la trattativa per trovare il giusto accordo, la scelta del mutuo a migliori condizioni. E se devi vendere o affittare non hai che da chiedere, sapranno gestire il tuo immobile nel migliore dei modi. Professionisti prima di tutto, ma soprattutto “persone” competenti che hanno come solo e unico scopo quello di realizzare il tuo sogno. Perchè mi sbilancio cosí “caldamente” in questa mia recensione?
