★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos a almorzar con un amigo local lo que hizo que sea una experiencia muy interesante y deliciosa!
Al llegar nos recibieron con una especie de mini figacitas rellenas de jamón y queso calentitas, una delicia!
Como antipasto elegimos el grana padano, el jamón de Parma y mortadella. Lo cual probamos como nos enseñaron acompañado del aceto balsámico típico de la zona.
Luego de primer plato fuimos por lo tradicionales Tortellini in Brodo, que nos encantaron, y los Tortellini allá Panna, muy buenos también!
De postre elegimos la torta de cacao y café con crema de mascarpone, muy rica! Y el postre estrella de la casa el Helado de Aceto Balsámico , sublime!!!
Sin dudas nuestros paladares se llevaron una exquisita experiencia gastronómica de Módena.
La atención es muy buena y cordial. Sin dudas cuando volvamos a Módena pasaremos nuevamente por aquí.
 We went for lunch with a local friend which made for a very interesting and delicious experience!
Upon arrival they welcomed us with a kind of mini figs stuffed with warm ham and cheese, a delight!
As an antipasto we chose the grana padano, the Parma ham and mortadella. Which we tried as they taught us accompanied by the typical balsamic vinegar of the area.
After the first course we went for the traditional Tortellini in Brodo, which we loved, and the Tortellini there Panna, very good too!
For dessert we chose the cocoa and coffee cake with mascarpone cream, very rich! And the star dessert of the house the Balsamic Aceto Ice Cream, sublime !!!
Without a doubt, our palates took away an exquisite gastronomic experience from Modena.
The attention is very good and cordial. Undoubtedly when we return to Modena we will pass through here again.
