★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatta visita ad un immobile spacciato per "la casa dei sogni" e invece... in seguito fatte svariate chiamate per info su altri immobili, mao ricevuto risposta. Poca professionalita'.
Visited a property passed off as "the house of dreams" and instead ... later made several calls for info on other properties, but received an answer. Little professionalism.

è da tempo che contatto il Vostro studio sia telefonicamente sia a mezzo e-mail
Oggi magari in ferie e nei mesi scorsi?
Incredula che non ci sia mai nessuno a qualsiasi ora dalle 9.00 alle 19.00.
Peraltro attendevo una chiamata come accordi telefonici ma nessuno ha mai pensato minimamente al cliente, magari acquirente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenti e maleducati, chiesto una trattativa negata in partenza, la signora si lodava delle sue capacità ( tra l'altro mai messe in discussione) ma da qui si evince proprio il contrario, mai visto una agenzia più scadente
Incompetent and rude, asked for a negotiation denied at the start, the lady praised herself for her skills (among other things never questioned) but from here it is clear just the opposite, never seen a poorer agency

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalità e mancanza di rispetto verso il cliente. Mettono in competizione i potenziali acquirenti con goffi tentativi e quando vengono sgamati negano. Inoltre, mi sembra di aver percepito che chi paga in contanti può concludere più velocemente e "sorpassare" eventuali proposte già depositate. Mai visto un comportamento del genere.
Zero professionalism and lack of respect for the customer. They compete with potential buyers with clumsy attempts and when they are caught they deny. Furthermore, I seem to have perceived that those who pay in cash can conclude faster and "overtake" any proposals already filed. Never seen such behavior.
