S	Sara Pitigliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevamo trovato un appartamento tramite la loro agenzia, ci chiedono più volte i nostri tipi di contratto lavorativi prima di andare a vedere la casa, ci dicono che va bene, portiamo la caparra per fare un’offerta e ci dicono che in base al mio contratto abbiamo bisogno di un garante (per un affitto transitorio di 18 mesi mi sembra assurdo). Gli diciamo che non abbiamo nessun garante e dopo un paio di giorni ci dicono che la proposta non è stata accettata e di andare a riprendere i soldi che avevamo dato. Così perdiamo un’altra mezza giornata di lavoro, arriviamo in agenzia e ci dicono che i soldi ce li potevano dare alle 11. Un avviso per il futuro: la gente lavora come voi e non ha tempo da perdere e permessi da prendere all’infinito per colpa della vostra incompetenza. E non si è mai visto al mondo che due persone con due contratti e due bei stipendi non riescano a prendere una casa in affitto perché non si ha il garante. A warning for the future: people work like you and have no time to waste and leave to take endlessly because of your incompetence. And it has never been seen in the world that two people with two contracts and two good salaries cannot rent a house because there is no guarantor.

In poco tempo sono riusciti a trovare un immobile giusto per le mie esigenze e dal momento della visita alla stipula del contratto mi hanno seguito ed aiutato. Vengo rassicurato che entro pochi giorni sarò contattato. Dopo 4 giorni e siamo a venerdì pomeriggio mi reco nuovamente per avere notizie. Una delle segretarie mi dice che la pratica è nella sede di Roma 7 che si occupano di tutto loro.Vengo rassicurato che sarò contattato a breve. In quel caso propongo di anticipare 3 rate invece che due, mi si dice a voce che proporranno al proprietario questa nuova offerta. Il lunedì successivo nel pomeriggio contatto L agente che mi ha fatto vedere L’immobile mi riferisce che è il contratto e gestito dal proprietario. La sera mi reco presso L agenzia Roma 13 è un sig.re non so se era il titolare, mi liquida dicendo che i proprietari non avevano accettato il contratto, il sig.re non sapeva della mia ulteriore offerta. Non mi è stato detto il motivo del rifiuto, asserendo che i proprietari erano strani. Problema di soldi non era. Non è serio evitare le domande e non dare spiegazioni.25/02/2022 Le volevo solo rammentare che il nuovo inquilino il proprietario non lo ha mai visto, ha fatto tutto in agenzia, e ha versato solo 2 aaffitti anticipati.Inoltre il proprietario non era al corrente della mia proposta di 3 affitti anticipati. E chiudiamo qui la storia. Mi sono rivolto a una società seria che fa conoscere il proprietario alla stipula del contratto. G	Giulio di nicola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ davvero qualcosa di eccezionale. mi hanno trovato in pochi giorni quello che cercavo, al momento di prendere l' appartamento hanno avuto un imprevisto per cui hanno dovuto dare quell' appartamento ad un altro venuto prima di me il cui appartamento era diventato improvvisamente indisponibile per non so che motivo. Bene, in giornata mi hanno dato un altro appartamento simile ma migliore nella stessa identica zona! Mi hanno anche assistito nella stipula e nel mediare le mie esigenze con la proprietà.
