i "troppi" quesiti ai quali fa riferimento la dottoressa sono 2:
1 - posso prenotare un appuntamento senza passare per Unisalute? (Altri dentisti lo fanno...).
2 - dovrei mettere un certo tipo di apparecchio, è possibile nel vostro studio? (Un altro dentista non lo faceva altrimenti non l'avrei disturbata).
Probabilmente, piuttosto che rivolgersi in malo modo e senza rispondere, avrebbe impiegato meno tempo a rispondere "si" / "no" / "mi scusi, potrebbe richiamarmi tra N ore? Sono impegnata con dei clienti".

the "too many" questions to which the doctor refers are 2:
1 - Can I book an appointment without going through Unisalute? (Other dentists do it ...).
2 - should I put a certain type of device, is it possible in your studio? (Another dentist didn't do it otherwise I wouldn't have disturbed her).
Probably, rather than addressing in a bad way and without answering, it would have taken less time to answer "yes" / "no" / "excuse me, could you call me back in N hours? I'm busy with customers".
