Valutazioni basse, anzi sottoprezzo degli immobili con spese condominiali sotto -€ 500, 00 come mi è stato spiegato. Un modo di lavorare anomalo e bizzarro a svalutare immobili residenziali del valore commerciale di € 200, 000. Ottima agenzia per Immobili da € 500, 000 in sù pessima per tutti gli altri popolari. Sconsigliata per il mandato e anche per candidarsi a lavorare con questa azienda. One of the worst real estate agencies I've ever met. Low valuations, indeed underpriced properties with condominium fees below - € 500, 00 as I have been explained. An anomalous and bizarre way of working to devalue residential properties of the commercial value of € 200,000. Great real estate agency for € 500,000 and up bad for all the other popular ones. Not recommended for the mandate and also to apply to work with this company.

Sono stata accompagnata da un agente immobiliare paziente, competente e professionale. Non avrei potuto avere di meglio. Non esiste a contattarli!! M	Maria Vfittoria Montagna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato tre volte per ottenere la visita di una casa in vendita, e prima mi hanno detto che il consulente mi avrebbe contattata, dopo una settimana mi hanno passato il consulente che mi ha detto che mi avrebbe richiamata per l'appuntamento, dopo un'altra settimana mi hanno detto che il consulente era malato ma che mi avrebbe contattato un collega, e nel frattempo sono passate 5 settimane! Evidentemente non hanno bisogno di vendere. Ottima professionalità Aggiornamento: in seguito alla recensione sono stata contattata per l'appuntamento (evidentemente il mio nominativo ora lo hanno ritrovato...) I phoned three times to get a visit to a house for sale, and first they told me that the consultant would contact me, after a week they passed me the consultant who told me that he would call me back for the appointment, after a ' another week they told me that the consultant was sick but that a colleague would contact me, and in the meantime 5 weeks have passed! They obviously don't need to sell. Excellent professionalism Update: following the review I was contacted for an appointment (obviously my name has now been found ...)

Aspettavamo di avere notizie e programmare una seconda visita per un appartamento, volendo fare un' offerta per la casa ma quest' ultima e' stata venduta senza avvertirci. PESSIMO anche il modo di trattare le persone. Sconsiglio vivamente quest'agenzia. Perdita di tempo. Bad experience and no professionalism. We were waiting to have news and to plan a second visit for an apartment, wanting to make an offer for the house but this one was sold without notifying us. BAD also the way to treat people. I strongly advise against this agency. Waste of time.

Pessima esperienza e nessuna professionalità l'unica cosa importante per loro e raccogliere la loro provvigione ancora prima di essere arrivati al preliminare. Ti presentano gli immobili "con piccole difformità catastali" per poi scoprire dopo mesi che le difformità non sono affatto piccole ma tanto loro se ne lavano le mani (avengo già preso la provvigione) e scaricano tutte le responsabilità al propietario. DA STARE ALLA LARGA If you think you are dealing with a brokerage agency, stay away from this one. Bad experience and no professionalism the only important thing for them is to collect their commission even before reaching the preliminary stage. They present you the properties "with small cadastral discrepancies" and then discover after months that the discrepancies are not small at all but they wash their hands of them (I have already taken the commission) and discharge all the responsibilities to the owner. TO STAY AWAY
