Especially because i only understand basic italian and speak like a 3 year old. Then I found Battisti Home. Hands down the best agency i've been in contact so far here. Props to them and their staff! especially Chiara who has been super helpful and understanding regarding my situation. By the way she speaks english with a lovely italian accent.
