Il numero verde è attivo 2 ore al giorno e non risponde mai nessuno perché "tutti gli operatori sono momentaneamente impegnati".
Le email non vengono neanche prese in considerazione.
Le pratiche vengono portate a completamento in tempi biblici.
Shameful, ridiculous service.
The toll-free number is active 2 hours a day and nobody ever answers because "all operators are temporarily busy".
Emails are not even taken into consideration.
The practices are completed in biblical times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ inviata tutta la documentazione, una settimana e una mail di sollecito e ancora sono in attesa di un responso per una valutazione di rimborso. il massimo che sono riuscito a ottenere è un "abbiamo girato la sua mail al responsabile". dovreste quantomeno indicare i vostri tempi standard per la valutazione delle richieste!
sent all the documentation, a week and a reminder email and I am still waiting for a response for a refund evaluation. the most I managed to get is a "we turned over his email to the manager". you should at least indicate your standard times for the evaluation of requests!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pratica in sospeso da lungo tempo, non si riesce a mettersi in contatto, non ti contattano, se la prendono comoda e portano avanti i tempi all'inverosimile.... pessimo servizio!!
Practice pending for a long time, you can't get in touch, they don't contact you, they take it easy and carry on the times beyond belief .... bad service !!

Gentili, cordiali e inoltre una volta approvata la pratica i soldi sono arrivati nel giro di due settimane .
