Fortunatamente non è stato così, appena entrato in agenzia, Massimiliano mi ha messo subito a mio agio facendomi vedere alcune proposte, ne abbiamo individuato una ( sulla Via Casilina ) l’abbiamo visitata valutata e … subito presa. Affare fatto! Sono stato seguito passo passo in fase di compromesso, rogito con la relativa stipula ed erogazione del mutuo, si avete capito bene, mi ha assistito anche nel cercare e ottenere il mutuo. Una ventina di anni dopo gli ho rinnovato fiducia e gli dato mandato per la vendita della casa. La professionalità, la cura per il cliente, l’amicizia si sono mantenuti e rinsaldati in tutto questo tempo, nel giro di qualche mese abbiamo realizzato la vendita con enorme soddisfazione da parte mia e dell’acquirente.
