Al momento dell accettazione ho scoperto che nn fanno le analisi in convenzione ssn (non c e nessun avviso a rigurado) mi è stata data la richiesta del medico indietro senza dire nulla dicendomi il costo a mia richiesta il ragazzo della reception ha farfugliato qualcosa del tipo ci hanno detto così applichiamo una tariffa vicino alla convenzione se vuole può anche nn fare analisi....no comment No comment... Mi hanno rilasciato la fattura ( a carico della mia assicurazione aziendale) per poi dirmi dopo settimane che non posso scaricare i referti perché devo saldare l'importo (scusandosi al tel per l'errore loro essendo gli ANA fuori dall'assicurazione). Mi reco nuovamente per saldare e ritirare i referti e mi viene detto che il problema è un altro: devo pagare la cifra in più perché è stato fatto un approfondimento. Ok.. pago e via. Torno a casa e leggo come esito DUBBIO degli ANA ........ mi fate pagare 18 euro in più per approfondire e scrivere esito DUBBIO??? Inutile dirvi che il mio medico mi ha detto di rifare le analisi presso un ASL o Laboratorio ospedaliero, chiedendo in quale laboratorio l'ho fatto per sconsigliarlo. Terrible experience. Non potete immaginare cosa ho dovuto fare per farla scendere e riportarla dentro. Una struttura convenzionata con la Regione Lazio che non si organizza per accogliere gli invalidi secondo me dovrebbe chiudere. L'unica cosa positiva è il personale ( amministrativo e sanitario) persone competenti e umane. Premesso che il giorno precedente ero stata contattata per poter posticipare l’appuntamento, guarda caso la mattina stessa, a ridosso delle festività natalizie, è stata disdetta con la scusa che “viviamo un periodo di emergenza sanitaria”. Innanzitutto vi consiglio di insegnare alle vostre centraliniste che un eco color doppler agli arti inferiori rappresenta esso stesso un’emergenza sanitaria, inoltre visto che ci tenete a pubblicizzarvi come un centro all’avanguardia, forse proprio perché viviamo un periodo di emergenza sanitaria, tanto che le persone prenotano ed eseguono accertamenti PRIVATAMENTE e quindi PAGANDO, dovreste aver più di un professionista a vostra disposizione, per poter mettere riparo a chi decide di partire prima rispetto all’inizio delle vacanze.
