Una famiglia bellissima e gentilissima, che amano il loro lavoro come nessun altro e questo si nota dalla passione con cui realizzano sempre dolci deliziosi, restando nella tradizione italiana, che le pasticcerie di oggi tralasciano, per fare spazio a dolci moderni con ingredienti per niente freschi e soprattutto artificiali. Vi ringrazio per ogni bontà e soprattutto per il fatto che ad ogni morso di un vs dolce mi ritornano alla mente sapori che sono difficili da trovare. The best pastry in all of Rome ever. Assortimento sbalorditivo, ripieni deliziosi e raffinatissimi (su tutti, secondo me, crema pasticcera e crema al caffè), specialità di varie regioni, su tutte Salento e soprattutto Sicilia... Qualcosa di meraviglioso, sensazioni uniche anche per palati e papille gustative più esigenti! I wasn't a particular fan of sweets ... Buone la sfoglia e la pasta dei bignè. Deludenti le creme dal sapore artificiale, eccesso di zucchero veramente troppo dolce. Bocciati il bavarese, la pastarella al pistacchio, la torta al mandarino. Promossa la aragostina e la millefoglie alla panna. Speriamo torni presto agli antichi splendori. A real disappointment.
