Mi è stato detto che è colpa della mia vena cicciotta...ma se così fosse dovrebbe essere più semplice l'operazione e invece mi ritrovo con ematoma e gonfiore. Incompetence and bad manners. Mentre attendo in sala di attesa (sono passati già 30 minuti) sento la suddetta segretaria che urla in malo modo ad un' anziana che chiedeva spiegazioni su non so quale risultato. Mai piú. Sono stata assistita in tutto, per un prelievo domiciliare che mi serviva con urgenza , per mio padre che è in terapia tao. L'infermiere Riccardo, gentilissimo e professionale. Che dire, un centro analisi da consigliare e dove tornare sicuramente. Grazie a tutti. Nice and polite staff.
