Mamma purtroppo ha un tumore molto aggressivo al cervello e grazie a loro è stata operata subito, e anche se molto probabilmente non ci sarà nulla da fare loro sono stati molto attenti e scrupolosi My mom made a resonance on 08/25 and after 20 minutes they called to say to go immediately to collect the report and go to the ps. Nessuno mi ha informato sul tempo necessario per fare una risonanza magnetica, sono stata lasciata sola nella stanza senza nessuna informazione, spiegazione o preparazione. Faccio una risonanza magnetica al ginocchio, non so se ci vogliono 25 minuti, perché sono rimasta chiusa in una sala da solo senza che nessuno mi dia nessuna informazione, spiegazione, preparazione. Quando esco e vado a pagare, mi viene data una fattura dove c’è scritto al posto dell'indirizzo il mio paese si nascita : lo faccio presente e lui mi dice che è giusto cosi, che deve essere il paese di nascita quello menzionato sulla fattura e non quello dove abito. Da segnalare che erano forse troppo impegnati a parlare al telefono con un loro amico...ho dovuto aspettare che finissero di ridere e scherzare per poter pagare ! Per finire tutto, chiedo quando sarà pronto il risultato della risonanza e mi viene risposto dopo 3 giorni. In base a questa informazione ho programmato la visita specialistica con l'ortopedico. Con grande sorpresa mi sono collegata sul sito il giorno successivo e il referto era pronto. L'informazione corretta mi avrebbe fatto guadagnare giorni preziosi. Se avessi potuto dare zero l'avrei fatto... la direzione deve intervenire e mettere dei dipendenti più serie e responsabili. Per ben due volte ho dovuto aspettare più di un ora prima che venissi servito Quindi consiglio di armavi di tanta pazienza Io grande pro di questo centro è che hanno la risonanza magnetica aperta! La sala d attesa è uno spazio molto angusto che in tempi di coronavirus non è proprio il massimo. We have to wait 20 minutes to talk to the receptionist who then informs us the doctor was leaving in 10 minutes. Plus they have no limit to how many people are in the tiny waiting room which is so dangerous with Covid going around. She proceeds to say that I need to drink a liter of water. We called twice and emailed to confirm test prep and no one mentioned this. We had a Groupon which she made me email and she had to locate and print before she'd continue. This took another 10 minutes because she kept seeing other patients and we had to wait for that. Every single email and call had a different answer and we weren't given correct information on what services they provide, the appointment time, and test preparation. When I made the appointment, I said I needed a mammogram but they didn't schedule. I also needed a pelvic MRI which she explained they didn't do. Horrible customer service. I don't recommend.
