Non solo massima disponibilità e cortesia da parte di tutti (dalla reception con cui ho cambiato appuntamento due volte al tecnico di radiologia che si ricordava della telefonata di due giorni prima, al chirurgo stesso) ma soprattutto sono rimasta colpita dalla professionalità e dalla competenza del Dr. Zotti che pur di tranquillizzarmi riguardo le mie preoccupazioni mi ha fatto un'ecografia durante quella che doveva essere una semplice chiaccherata sui miei referti provenienti da altri centri diagnostici (!) e non ha voluto neanche che pagassi nulla, dandomi tra l'altro utilissime indicazioni per arrivare ad una diagnosi accurata senza alcun interesse o tornaconto. Se ci fossero sei stelle gliene darei sette. Centro assolutamente si! Extremely positive experience. Fiorani, non solo un grande professionista ma un uomo dotato di grande umanità e generosità. Se tutti I medici fossero come lui, la sanità sarebbe certamente migliore. E' vero, le confermo che mi è stato chiesto gentilmente se potevo aspettare una mezz'ora per effettuare una visita con il vs. medico. Non ho nulla da eccepire sulla vostra educazione gentilezza e ci mancherebbe altro... Il fatto è che io ero da voi proprio a valle di una visita effettuata da un ortopedico che aveva constatato una probabile lesione al legamento da valutare in base ad una risonanza magnetica. Una altra visita non serviva. Inoltre, proprio perchè al telefono non è possibile immaginare le dimensioni di una persona che che chiama, sapendo voi e non io che tipo di macchinario avete, dovrebbe essere vs. cura chiedere sempre a chi chiama per un esame del genere altezza e peso Tra l'altro ripeto, non sono un gigante, sono solo 1,80 e leggermente sovrappeso, niente di particolare.. Tra l'altro, a fronte di un costo di 70 euro, mi è stato proposto, visto l'increscioso incidente, di fare l'esame in un altro centro sempre della stessa proprietà invece che a 200 euro, a 150 euro... un vera cortesia.
