★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza. Vado un sabato mattina con impegnativa alla mano per chiedere conferma di poter fare delle analisi in esenzione, mi dicono di si e di tornare lunedì alle 7. Stamattina mi ripresento come mi hanno indicato e mi rispondono che non possono farmi la prestazione in esenzione perché la ricetta è fuori regione. Grazie a loro ho perso non solo tempo, ma anche un appuntamento con il cup che invece mi avrebbe effettuato la prestazione. Non ci tornerò mai più.
Bad assistance. I go on a Saturday morning with a referral in hand to ask for confirmation of being able to carry out exempt analyzes, they tell me yes and to come back on Monday at 7 am. recipe is outside the region. Thanks to them I lost not only time, but also an appointment with the cup which instead would have made me the performance. I will never go back.

I have been attending the Preneste laboratory for years and I have always found myself very well in this period I have found scrupulous attention to the rules to prevent Covid. The staff are professional and kind.

We performed an MRI, we came from Calabria driven by the need to carry out an examination with a high-resolution machine. The staff are super helpful. 5 stars more than you deserve ..... highly recommended

Sia la dottoressa anestesista che il tecnico che ha eseguito l'esame sono stati molto premurosi e lo hanno fatto sentire a proprio agio. Da segnalare il macchinario di ultima generazione che non crea claustrofobia e la velocità nel dare il referto, pronto dopo appena mezz'ora
My dad recently had an MRI scan. Totally positive experience especially for the kindness of the staff. Both the anesthetist and the technician who performed the exam were very thoughtful and made him feel at ease. Worth mentioning is the latest generation machinery that does not create claustrophobia and the speed in giving the report, ready after just half an hour

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo vari tentantivi invani in altre strutture a causa della mia claustrofobia e degli attacchi di panico, finalmente sono riuscita a fare la risonanza magnetica in questa struttura. Personale gentile, accogliente e paziente, struttura all'avanguardia e pulitissima. La risonanza è spaziosa e arieggiata di ultima generazione. All' entrata si viene accolti per la misurazione della temperatura e per igenizzare le mani da una persona estremamente cordiale. Grazie Mauro per avermi trasmesso tranquillità ed essermi stato vicino e grazie anche al radiologo che ha avuto pazienza. Centro consigliatissimo voto 10
After several unsuccessful attempts at other facilities due to my claustrophobia and panic attacks, I was finally able to do the MRI in this facility. Friendly, welcoming and patient staff, state-of-the-art and spotless facility. The resonance is spacious and airy of the latest generation. At the entrance you are welcomed to measure the temperature and to sanitize your hands by an extremely friendly person. Thanks Mauro for giving me peace of mind and being close to me and thanks also to the radiologist who had patience. Center highly recommended vote 10
