Cortese sia la segreteria sia la dottoressa che ha effettuato il prelievo. Velocità e pulizia degli ambienti.
 I bought a package on groupon to do blood tests. And only after I read the reviews .... honestly I arrived biased, instead I found a great service. Both the secretariat and the doctor who carried out the sample were courteous. Speed and cleanliness of the environments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Davvero senza parole. Il referto doveva arrivare entro 48h, invece dopo più di 48h, un bel niente. Odio le recensioni, soprattutto se negative, ma visto che avete chiuso alle 13.30 e che tutta la mattina il centralino faceva cascare le chiamate, questa è l'unica cosa che rimane da fare. Grazie mille e buon capodanno.
Really speechless. The report had to arrive within 48 hours, but after more than 48 hours, nothing. I hate the reviews, especially if they are negative, but since you closed at 1.30pm and the switchboard was dropping calls all morning, this is the only thing left to do. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ prenoto al telefono un appuntamento per un tampone, mi danno come orario 14.30. arrivo alle 14.34 e mi dicono che siccome sono in ritardo non mi faranno il tampone, il Dott è già uscito e non c'è modo. in svizzera sarebbe sicuramente un centro da 5 stelle, ma visto che non mi hanno neanche proposto una soluzione (che ne so, un nuovo appuntamento magari? cavolo che affaristi hanno alla reception), non posso che dare 1 stella a questo centro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaffidabili, chiediamo un tampone molecolare a domicilio, ci dicono risposta entro 24 ore. fatto alle 0re 10, prima dicono che va in laboratorio alle 12, quindi dovrebbe essere pronto alle 12 circa del giorno dopo. Non arriva nemmeno nel pomeriggio, era indispensabile per poter effettuare una RX sempre a domicilio, perchè richiesto dal tecnico radiologo, RX rimandata. Costo dell'operato € 100,00. Non si gioca con la salute delle persone. Se non era possibile dare la risposta nei tempi richiesti bastava dirlo, o non si faceva o non si teneva il tecnico radiologo tutto il giorno in sospeso, sperando che non si complichino le cose.

Segretaria con capelli corti incapace e sgarbata, nel caso chiedete di vanessa che è molto carina e gentile ma purtroppo l ho sentita quando il danno era stato fatto. Mi era stato assicurato che risonanza e referto me li avrebbero dati in tempo per la visita con il chirurgo ma cosi non fu, e proprio lui ha chiamato in ambulatorio senza ottenere risposta. Alla fine risonanza orrenda e inutile l ho dovuta rifare altrove, e sul referto c'era scritto cio che gli avevo riportato io. 120/130 euro spesi inutilmente che i medici mi stanno dicendo che mi dovrebbero restituire ma come sappiamo bene tutti non mi verranno mai restituiti quindo inutile perdere altro tempo.mai piu!!!!
Bad experience. Secretary with short hair clueless and rude, in case ask for vanessa who is very nice and kind but unfortunately I heard her when the damage was done. I was assured that the resonance and the report would be given to me in time for the visit with the surgeon but this was not the case, and he himself called the clinic without getting an answer. In the end, a terrible and useless resonance I had to do again elsewhere, and on the report it was written what I had reported to him. 120/130 euros spent in vain that the doctors are telling me that they should give me back but as we all know they will never be returned to me so it is useless to waste any more time. Never again !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prezzi ragionevoli ma mi limito a 2 stelle x la maleducazione di una segretaria,che al mio saluto neanche risponde né mi guarda in faccia tanto che aspetto mi chiami l'altra. Pochi giorni fa mia figlia torna x fare una radiografia x un controllo e sempre la stessa, senza salutare le chiede il motivo dell'esame. Quando mia figlia glielo dice, lei le risponde con un'aria ....(incommentabile) che sta buttando i soldi perché non le servirà a nulla,trattandola da deficiente. Dico solo che deve ringraziare che non ci abbassiamo al suo livello e che cambiasse lavoro se nn riesce a stare in mezzo alle persone in maniera civile!
