Vedo che altre persone sono nella stessa situazione...che dire, pessimi è il minimo! Buffered on 12/30 after three hours straight and today, 2/1 I still don't have the result. I see that other people are in the same situation ... what to say, bad is the least!

Mi sono permessa di chiedere alla signorina dell' accettazione come mai fossero in ritardo di 50 minuti rispetto al mio appuntamento e Lei ha pensato di rispondermi SIGNORA NON STA MICA AL SUPERMERCATO....!!!!! Non descrivo cosa ho risposto al soggetto in questione che ha avuto anche il coraggio di farmi pagare poi la prestazione dall'altra signorina, all'altro sportello, perché infastidita dalla mia risposta alla sua affermazione " poco felice". Sono 30 anni che frequento il centro diagnostico di via Carlo Fadda, dove Cinzia e Celeste non si sarebbero mai permesse di dire una frase del genere, sempre gentili e professionali, anche con chi non dovrebbero. Il Personale è gentile e simpatico. I've been there several times and I've always had a great time. Simpatica, disponibile e preparata! Non rispondono al telefono e alle mail. Poca serietà in un momento così particolare. Unreliable. Not recommended. Molecular swab performed with guaranteed response in 24h. After 4 days, still no results. They don't answer the phone and emails. Little seriousness in such a particular moment.

Risultato, un'ora di attesa fuori al freddo per 22 numeri, lunghissima. Anche dal punto di vista dell'attesa si condividono gli stessi spazi con chi é in fila per fare il tampone. Al telefono, per chiedere chiarimenti, tono arrogante e maleducato. Disorganizzati e attesa lunga per un laboratorio privato. One morning I had to deliver the sample for my son's urine test, unfortunately those who have to perform the swabs follow the same path as those who have to carry out other tests. Result, an hour of waiting outside in the cold for 22 numbers, very long. Even from the point of view of waiting, the same spaces are shared with those in line to swab. L	Loretta Ascenzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il giorno 23 dicembre ho prenotato per effettuare un tampone anche se mi era stato detto al telefono che non occorreva. La mia prenotazione non è stata minimamente considerata e regnava il caos più totale nella struttura. Oggi 7 gennaio vado per un tampone e mi viene detto che si effettuano solo per persone prenotate! Premetto che il gazebo prenotazioni era vuoto. Mi complimento moltissimo per la disorganizzazione totale specialmente in un momento del genere! On December 23rd I booked to have a swab even though I was told over the phone that it was not needed. My booking was not considered in the least and total chaos reigned in the structure. Today 7 January I go for a swab and I am told that they are made only for booked people! I state that the reservations gazebo was empty. I congratulate you very much for the total disorganization especially in such a moment!

L'esito è arrivato dal Ministero della Salute 48h dopo averlo effettuato, mentre dal laboratorio 2 ore dopo la risposta precedente. Il laboratorio non ha rispettato i tempi assicurati e perciò non risulta affidabile, professionale e rispettoso delle persone che a loro si affidano.
