Era la prima volta che andavo e chiedevo come funzionava per il ritiro, ma le risposte seccate e frettolose mi hanno infastidito. Inoltre aspettavo, tramite email, il risultato parziale delle analisi in giornata ma nulla è arrivato. Andrò di persona a ritirarle ma poi cambierò laboratorio. La signora si è dimostrata disponibile al colloquio e dispiaciuta delle mie rimostranze. Evidentemente ieri e' sorto un equivoco che ha generato un po' di confusione e nervosismo. Ho apprezzato la capacita' di mettersi in discussione e la disponibilita' al chiarimento. Cio' fuga ombre e nubi. Elena Parisella I have not found a welcoming environment. Rather impatient and unkind operators. It was my first time going and wondering how it worked for the pickup, but the annoyed and hasty replies annoyed me. I was also expecting, via email, the partial result of the analyzes during the day but nothing arrived. I'll go in person to collect them but then I'll change the laboratory. Elena Parisella ROME 10 FEBRUARY To be fair and to be honest, I am correcting yesterday's review as I had a kind clarification with the manager of the Bios center in via Taranto. The lady was available for the interview and was sorry for my complaints. Evidently yesterday a misunderstanding arose that generated a bit of confusion and nervousness. I appreciated the ability to question oneself and the availability for clarification. This escapes shadows and clouds. Elena Parisella

Nonostante non dovessi fare analisi genetiche sosteneva che le mie lo fossero, per di più inutili visto che le avevo fatte anni fa ( non conoscendo assolutamente il mio quadro clinico) . inizialmente, anche se avevo una prescrizione medica, sosteneva fossero analisi a pagamento. Solo dopo ha specificato fossero a pagamento nel loro centro. I had already been to the center once, but this morning I didn't have a good experience. I found an arrogant, unkind person at the desk.
