★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili e professionali all'apparenza, ma nei fatti non controllano i documenti importanti che passano i proprietari (tipo la planimetria catastale !) e, all'occorrenza di un problema vedono bene di farsela scivolare via e te la devi vedere tu con i proprietario. Se poi concludi la compravendita e continuano i problemi, non rispondono proprio piu'. Per la mia esperienza consiglio di affidarsi ad un'altra agenzia o almeno di non pagare tutta la loro parcella subito. Lasciatene la metà da pagare dopo 1-2 mesi della presa in possesso dell'appartamento. Forse cosi' si decideranno a fare gli intermediari e non esclusivamente gli interessi dei proprietari.
 Very kind and professional in appearance, but in fact they do not check the important documents that the owners pass (such as the cadastral plan!) And, in the event of a problem, they see well to let it slip away and you have to see it with the owner . If you then conclude the sale and the problems continue, they just don't respond anymore. In my experience, I recommend that you rely on another agency or at least not pay their entire fee right away. Leave half to pay after 1-2 months of taking possession of the apartment. Perhaps in this way they will decide to act as intermediaries and not exclusively the interests of the owners.

Tutte le figure con cui sono entrata in contatto hanno dimostrato grande professionalità, onestà e serietà, oltre a una smisurata disponibilità. Non c'è stato un solo momento in cui non mi sia sentita seguita, sostenuta e aiutata in ogni fase della compravendita. Anche dopo aver firmato il rogito, l'agenzia mi ha sostenuta per piccoli interventi che dovevo fare sull'appartamento. Encomiabile. Li consiglio a tutti, soprattutto a coloro che, come me, si muovono in un campo delicato senza figure altre di riferimento.
My experience was absolutely positive. All the figures I came into contact with have shown great professionalism, honesty and seriousness, as well as an immeasurable availability. There has not been a single moment in which I have not felt followed, supported and helped in every phase of the sale. Even after signing the deed, the agency supported me for small interventions that I had to do on the apartment. Commendable. I recommend them to everyone, especially to those who, like me, move in a delicate field without other reference figures.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un trascorso con questa agenzia onestamente turbolento. Devo ammettere che si sono dimostrati molto disponibili ed educati in tutto, ma per quanto riguarda accortezza nei dettagli, professionalita’ nella documentazione e nello svolgersi delle varie fasi dell’acquisto, mi sono trovato malissimo. Email scritte in un italiano dubbioso, documenti mail inviati o mal fotocopiati , clausole scritte male e in vari casi con diciture inesistenti, mi chiedo come si possa scrivere “ possesso anticipato” su una trattativa di “ possesso posticipato”.
Email di altri clienti inviate sulla mia casella e via dicendo….
Per farla breve, banalita’, ma che su carta possono rivelarsi grossi problemi se poi le cose non vanno lisce come dovrebbero.
Probabilmente mi sono ritrovato in una trattativa complicata dovuta a proprietari particolarmente pignoli e ansiosi. Ma purtroppo fino alla fine non mi sono trovato a mio agio e spesso mi sono chiesto come sia possibile che certe cose non si sappiano o le si affrontino con tale superficialita’.
Nota di merito, la presenza del direttore commerciale all’atto del rogito, segno di correttezza e dignita’.
Ma per il resto, mi spiace ma non ci siamo.
Lascio 2 stelle per dare merito all’impegno del direttore che almeno ha saputo tappare i buchi.
Spero che la mia recensione sia presa spunto di miglioramento e accortezza, perche’ l’agenzia potrebbe e dovrebbe fare molto molto di piu’.
Ha le carte in regola per riuscirci e il personale per farlo.

I had an honestly turbulent experience with this agency. I must admit that they proved to be very helpful and polite in everything, but as regards attention to detail, professionalism in the documentation and in the development of the various stages of the purchase, I found myself very badly. Emails written in dubious Italian, mail documents sent or badly photocopied, poorly written clauses and in various cases with non-existent wording, I wonder how one can write "advance possession" on a negotiation of "postponed possession".
Emails from other customers sent to my inbox and so on….
In short, trivial, but on paper they can turn out to be big problems if things don't go as smoothly as they should.
I probably found myself in a complicated negotiation due to particularly fussy and anxious owners. But unfortunately until the end I was not at ease and I often wondered how it is possible that certain things are not known or faced with such superficiality.
Note of merit, the presence of the commercial director at the time of the deed, a sign of fairness and dignity.
But otherwise, I'm sorry but we're not there.
I leave 2 stars to give credit to the commitment of the director who at least was able to plug the holes.
I hope my review is inspired by improvement and foresight, because the agency could and should do much much more.
He has what it takes to do it and the staff to do it.
Sorry for the honesty, but it is with this that you improve day after day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci siamo rivolti a Frimm x vendere casa è abbiamo conosciuto Tomas, un agente immobiliare del team Frimm, giovane ma molto preparato e da subito ci ha trasmesso fiducia.
Credo che siano passati pochi più di due mesi e grazie al suo operato abbiamo venduto casa.
In un futuro sia per una vendita che per un acquisto di un altro immobile mi rivolgerò a loro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolto alla loro Agenzia per pura casualità per la vendita di casa di mia Madre. Ovviamente trattandosi di un operatore immobiliare mi aspettavo di base un “loro interesse”, quello che però mi ha sorpreso e la velocità nella vendita e il prezzo di realizzo desiderato trattandosi di un immobile con caratteristiche medie mercato e nessuna fretta nella vendita. Anche se a me non serviva hanno la possibilità di essere seguiti da Notaio di fiducia e da un consulente specializzato per il Mutuo. Sono tecnologici (non scontato), comunicano con il cliente in maniera veloce e chiara riducendo notevolmente i tempi (immagino ne benefici qualsiasi operazione). Ultima nota, fatturano tutto senza dover chiedere niente e questo dimostra la loro serietà. Non ho una grande simpatia per gli agenti immobiliari ma devo riconoscere che sono stati assolutamente affidabili. Bravi perché oltre la vendita della casa “che per me era scontato” mi avete strappato questa recensione che non avrei mai pensato di scrivere. Per favore continuate con questo stile ne abbiamo tutti bisogno.
I turned to their agency purely by chance for the sale of my mother's house. Obviously, being a real estate operator, I basically expected "their interest", but what surprised me was the speed in the sale and the desired realization price since it is a property with medium market characteristics and no rush in the sale. Even if I didn't need it, they have the opportunity to be followed by a trusted notary and a specialized mortgage advisor. They are technological (not to be taken for granted), they communicate with the customer quickly and clearly, significantly reducing time (I imagine any operation benefits). Last note, they bill everything without having to ask for anything and this shows their seriousness. I don't have a great deal of sympathy for real estate agents but I must admit that they have been absolutely reliable. Well done because besides the sale of the house "which was taken for granted for me" you snatched this review from me that I never thought I'd write. Please keep going with this style we all need it.
