★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MI.DA CASE Professionalità e Trasparenza. Personalmente mai slogan è stato cosi veritiero!
Alla ricerca di un appartamento da acquistare, io e la mia compagna ci siamo imbattutti con i ragazzi di MI.DA CASE e, sin dal primo incontro, ciò che ci ha colpito è stata certamente la trasparenza che ha dato conseguentemente vita a un immediato rapporto di fiducia. Ci hanno preso per mano e guidato in un mondo per noi sconosciuto e pieno di insidie con amicizia e puntualità. Veri e propri amici sotto l'aspetto umano e veri professionisti nella lunga trattativa. Appunto una lunga trattativa... una trattativa che, per diversi motivi, è stata estenuante e che difficilmemte avremmo avuto, da soli, la forza di portare avanti e concluderla senza il loro supporto tecnico e morale.
E' stato un vero e proprio parto!!! Ecco possiamo definire i ragazzi di MI.DA CASE dei veri "ostetrici dell'immobiliare" :). Riescono a tirare il meglio da ogni situazione.
Anche l'alchima creatasi tra noi e i venditori è un risultato naturale della loro sempre equilibrata mediazione, mai a favore di uno delle due parti ma a favore del bene comune.
Che dire altro... Se oggi siamo riusciti a fare l'acquisto della vita con serenità e semplicità il merito è loro. Grazie ragazzi!

Looking for an apartment to buy, my partner and I ran into the MI.DA CASE guys and, from the first meeting, what struck us was certainly the transparency that consequently gave birth to an immediate relationship. of trust. They took us by the hand and guided us into a world unknown to us and full of pitfalls with friendship and punctuality. True friends under the human aspect and true professionals in the long negotiation. Exactly a long negotiation ... a negotiation that, for various reasons, was exhausting and that we would hardly have had, alone, the strength to carry on and conclude it without their technical and moral support.
It was a real birth !!! Here we can define the MI.DA CASE boys as real "real estate obstetricians" :). They manage to get the best out of every situation.
Even the alkima created between us and the sellers is a natural result of their always balanced mediation, never in favor of one of the two parties but in favor of the common good.
What else can I say ... If today we have managed to make the purchase of life with serenity and simplicity, it is their merit. Thank you guys!
