A	Anella Giulia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ professionali preparati e sopratutto umani! dopo essermi imbattuta in diversi "professionisti" mi sono rivolta a loro per la vendita di casa. devo dire che già dalla prima visita ho capito che il loro modo di lavorare era diverso. per prima cosa hanno misurato l' appartamento, cosa che tutti gli altri non avevano fatto. poi hanno promosso la vendita con un' ottima campagna pubblicitaria. dopo meno di due mesi venduto! bravi e veloci. complimenti Giulia. prepared professionals and above all human! after coming across several "professionals" I turned to them for home sales. Hanno controllato tutto su casa e solo dopo l'hanno messa sul mercato. venduto in 2 mesi ed al prezzo che mi avevano detto nemmeno un centesimo in meno. Siamo riusciti ad affittare il nostro appartamento in tempi brevi, i ragazzi dell'APM hanno trovato un inquilino serio e puntuale, hanno verificato la solvibilità e che non avesse morosità in essere. Ci hanno trovato un inquilino veramente a modo (tra l'altro avendo conosciuto chi lavora dentro l'' APM Immobiliare non poteva essere diverso essendo tutti giovani preparati e gentili, cosa non facile da trovare nelle agenzie oggi) sia io che mia moglie siamo veramente soddisfatti e consigliamo a tutti quelli che devono vedere o affittare casa di rivolgersi a loro. Anche nella scelta del contratto da sottoscrivere ci hanno consigliato la giusta opzione da adottare, ci hanno spiegato che ci sono numerosi vantaggi con le varie opzioni di cedolari ed abbiamo scelto quella che più ci aggradava, anche nella compilazione dello stesso contratto, essendo molto articolato sono stati precisi hanno inserito tutto quello che c'era da inserire, articoli di legge clausole ecc.
