★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo con questa agenzia abbiamo avuto un'esperienza estremamente negativa. In buona sostanza hanno provato a venderci un appartamento senza avere il mandato, cosa di cui siamo venuti a conoscenza solo tramite il proprietario. Quest'ultimo voleva trattare privatamente. Per nostra correttezza abbiamo avvisato la Tecnocasa che pretendeva comunque il 4% di commissione nel caso in cui l'affare fosse andato in porto, semplicemente perché abbiamo firmato il foglio visite. Ma in qualità di cosa potevano farlo senza avere il mandato? Dal canto nostro abbiamo ritenuto ingiusta la loro pretesa. Nei giorni seguenti ci hanno contattato chiedendoci di fare una PROPOSTA SULLA PERCENTUALE CHE AVREMMO VOLUTO PAGARE!!!! Per capire dove volessero arrivare, abbiamo risposto il 2%. "Dobbiamo consultare la direzione, vi faremo sapere", ci hanno detto. Qualche giorno dopo "Devono fare una riunione in direzione per decidere". A distanza di oltre due settimane non abbiamo ricevuto nessun feedback. Chiunque capirebbe che stanno agendo in malafede e forse fuori dal perimetro della legalità. Parlare di scarsa professionalità è superfluo.
Unfortunately, we had an extremely bad experience with this agency. Basically they tried to sell us an apartment without having the warrant, which we only learned about through the owner. The latter wanted to negotiate privately. For our fairness, we notified Tecnocasa which still required 4% commission in the event that the deal went through, simply because we signed the visit sheet. But as what could they do without having the warrant? For our part, we considered their claim unjust. In the following days they contacted us asking us to make a PROPOSAL ON THE PERCENTAGE WE WOULD WANT TO PAY !!!! To understand where they wanted to go, we answered 2%. "We need to consult management, we'll let you know," they told us. A few days later "They have to have a management meeting to decide". After more than two weeks, we have not received any feedback. Anyone would understand that they are acting in bad faith and perhaps outside the perimeter of legality. Talking about lack of professionalism is superfluous.
